Unfortunately, the service wasn't great. There were quite a few staff members walking around, but the service was still very slow, and the kitchen seemed slow as well. Since the dining time is limited, we expected the meat to come out more quickly. We arrived around 5 PM, but it took about 15-20 minutes for the meat to arrive, and some of the items we requested were even forgotten. The drinks were also quite sweet and didn't have much alcohol. Decided to try this AYCE Korean BBQ spot with my friends this past Sunday around 5 p.m. and was overall impressed. We only waited about five minutes, which wasn't bad at all, and decided to go with the premium meat menu. We mostly ordered the XL brisket, which was perfect for sharing, and the beef belly. What I liked most about the meat was the variety of marinades and flavors to choose from. We tried teriyaki, garlic and cilantro, and they have several other flavors available as well. The restaurant is big and spacious, super clean and has a great ventilation system, so there wasn't much of a smoky smell despite grilling at the table. Since it was our first time here, we were a little confused by the menu and how to order our meats. Unfortunately, our server didn't do a great job explaining how to place our full order online and barely checked on us throughout the meal. We saw him once in the beginning when we received our waters and only one more time after that. There were several times when we were waiting and looking for our server but couldn't find him. We specifically wanted more rice paper to eat with our meat, but couldn't find our server at all. We eventually had to ask one of the workers who was switching out our grill for more. It's a little disappointing because the food is great and I think it's priced perfectly. We came here on an off hour so we had the space all toourselves. They utilized robot servers which was pretty neat. We let our serverknow our AYCE selection and then we ordered everything from an app/site thatyou get from scanning their QR code. It was quick to learn but a little bit ofa hassle if we wanted special things like veggies but no zucchini. A good place for a korean bbq, price is okay for what you can get. There's a wait so better not come hungry, we waited around 35-40minutes before we can get seated and that is before dinner time. The meats are okay, they give you a decent portion every order, I like that you can order via QR code and have a robot deliver it to you. The banchans are okay too, very mid tasting. Service could improve, they are really nice however we have to ask for the utensils, tongs, and scrissors a couple of times which should be automatic once seated. Because they use robots, I want to clarify that the following is about the HUMAN servers... our human server was absolutely disengaging, and at times simply rude. He had zero personality and zero desire to be helpful. We requested waters several times (using the robot server and the humans) it took more than 30 minutes to get water. Then when it was time to pay, he had nothing to say to us and left the bill without asking if we wanted or needed anything. 15 minutes later a woman brought us a table paying system machine ( I don't know what they are called) but its one of those white manual "pay at the table machine" . So when she brought the machine it was turned off so we could not process the payment. We asked for help and she was annoyed that she had to turn it on for us. Then I waited to get a receipt but no one came to the table, so I walked to the bar area and after a few minutes our server came up to the bar and said "you want something" I asked for the receipt he looked annoyed that he had to print one for me. I cannot say if the lack of good service is something people experience here, but the two other coworkers I was with made comments that the service was horrendous. ** NOTE: I understand that sometimes restaurants are understaffed and these issues can affect customer service. The price difference may fall short when looking at the takeout options, but who honestly would order takeout from an AYCE KBBQ in a location with so many other takeout places? In terms of logistics, there's plenty of parking in the back should parking in front of the store get busy. There are plenty of tables both in front and on the patio with the only limiting factor for wait times often just being staff scrambling back and forth. I first found this spot like 3 years ago because my job brought us for an event. I've since come back twice and every time was good. Their meat selection is REALLY good compared to a few other places. It's a really great value. The meats are really good quality. Hardly any fat and decent marbling even for the regular menu. I love the fact that they have the sauces on the table so you can get as much or as little of them as you want. Huge plus. The tables are "fat" friendly which is really love. They aren't super tight and allow for a lot of wiggle room. The staff is friendly and it's honestly not that loud. You can hold a conversation no problem. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of a 5 is for some small stuff. The corn cheese was really lacking. It was mainly cheese. Had like a dozen corn kernels on it. I took 2 bites and had to stop. I couldn't eat it. When we originally ordered our first round, the portions were SO small. We finished it so quickly. We thought no problem, we'll order more, but because you have to order on your phone, it has a time limit before ordering more food. So it kinda threw our rhythm off. Next go around, we ordered extra to over compensate and I would have preferred to not have done that. But still, overall a great spot and will come again. read more

For being an AYCE KBBQ place, I Can BBQ is pretty good. We would definitely come back again. Our previous go to AYCE experience was Shik Do Rak but we are going to switch to I Can BBQ now. First, the efficiency cannot be beat. It's really annoying having to constantly flag down servers for everything - refills, more meat, etc. Especially if you're a larger party (we always have five or more), you feel like you're constantly flagging them down for something because that one order of meat goes fast as does the basics like kimchee and other banchan. The QR code method here worked great. I do think the interface could be improved slightly in that it was kind of hard to figure out what was still en route and what has arrived. However, we also realized that the issue was other parties were accidentally grabbing our items from the robot so I guess there's no real way of tracking. Nevertheless, it's fine. I just wouldn't continuously order more and more meat if they don't show up without asking a human server first. Second, the marinated options were good. The marinated brisket was a nice touch. We sprung for the premium which if you get multiple premium items, such as the whole ribeye, it's a good deal. I did wish the grill was a bit wider or longer. Additionally, I didn't like that some of the highest refill items, such as kimchee and rice paper, and some of the random banchan like mac salad were only available via human server. It almost felt like a way to ensure a proper tip for the humans because otherwise literally everything else is via QR code and robot. I would sooner understand ordering alcohol or other drinks from the server but not rice papers and kimchee. As others also mentioned, the steamed egg being an extra $4 is kind of a money grab since it's usually included. I would get it being an option for premium only but it's $4 regardless. However, theirs was much bigger than other steamed eggs we are used to. It's not a deal breaker and we would still get it but it felt noteworthy. read more

This place is all you can eat so come hungry. The staff is very friendly and they have robots assisting with bringing food to the table. You order off your phone and they'll deliver your items. They do need to improve their ventilation system because it gets really smoky with the grills. Sides- The kimchi and marinated cucumbers are fresh. Also enjoyed the japchae. The pickled raddish is the best one to eat with the meat since it adds freshness and a little sweetness. Meat- I really enjoyed the brisket and marinated meats.
