LOCATION: ICBKG is super accessible and easy to find within The Market Place. PLUS finding parking is always a breeze, making it a convenient restaurnat to visit. The ambiance is casual, a great place for celebratory gatherings or a place to watch a game. FOOD: The food here is on point. Wonderful selection of meats, some vegetarian meals, PLUS great drink selection. I want to add that they also have an AMAZING selection of banchan dishes (side dishes). We ordered our food using a QR code, after placing the order a robot brings the dishes (the ordering system also applies to drinks and also to get a new grill if you need one) SERVICE: This is where we had a difficult time. Because they use robots, I want to clarify that the following is about the HUMAN servers... our human server was absolutely disengaging, and at times simply rude. He had zero personality and zero desire to be helpful. We requested waters several times (using the robot server and the humans) it took more than 30 minutes to get water. Then when it was time to pay, he had nothing to say to us and left the bill without asking if we wanted or needed anything. 15 minutes later a woman brought us a table paying system machine ( I don't know what they are called) but its one of those white manual "pay at the table machine" . So when she brought the machine it was turned off so we could not process the payment. We asked for help and she was annoyed that she had to turn it on for us. Then I waited to get a receipt but no one came to the table, so I walked to the bar area and after a few minutes our server came up to the bar and said "you want something" I asked for the receipt he looked annoyed that he had to print one for me. I cannot say if the lack of good service is something people experience here, but the two other coworkers I was with made comments that the service was horrendous. ** NOTE: I understand that sometimes restaurants are understaffed and these issues can affect customer service. But in my humble opinion a SIMPLE SMILE can change the dynamics of a situation.

Two stars because we got a reservation. The food was great ! But service was really really poor ! We took our family for Father's Day dinner and we waited for about 15/20 minutes for each meet we ordered and we also had to get up to ask for refills and for are grill to change . I rather go else we're .... Don't come and waist your money here . The waiter only showed up to the table two times and we had to get up to go pay infront . Sad

Just checked out I Can Barbecue Korean Grill and if you're a Korean BBQ fan, this spot is definitely worth a visit! My favorite has to be the XL Brisket -- thinly sliced, flavorful, and perfect on the grill. What really stands out is the value. Their regular menu is only $29.99 all day, every day, and includes 32+ meats plus 32+ appetizers and sides, so there's plenty to choose from. If you're looking to level up, the $39.99 premium menu includes favorites like LA Galbi, Ribeye Steak, and Short Ribs. And one of the coolest parts? Your food is delivered by robot servers, which makes the whole experience fun and memorable. Great food, great variety, and a unique dining experience. If you're in Tustin, come hungry!

This BBQ AYCE deal is honestly unbeatable at $29.99 all day, every day. The meat quality is insane for the price, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Service was excellent too -- Cynthia helped us out and she was so sweet, so shoutout to her! The restaurant is huge with a lot booth and table also outside patio. No complaints at all for such a great meal and such a good deal. They also had a lot of tasty banchan, plus a fun option to make your own Korean BBQ taco with the side of taco tortillas and condiments. Definitely worth checking out!

I Can Barbecue Korean Grill is an AYCE KBBQ spot that has leaned into technology. The ordering system is straightforward. You scan the QR code at your table and can order four items at a time. Once they bring the meat, you can order another four for the most part. Soon enough, a robot with multiple stacks of trays arrives, and you are now ready to start grilling. Meat Selection: For the regular tier, the bulgogi is a bit unseasoned and lacking in the typical sweet and savory marinade. There are a lot of brisket options. The brisket with cilantro sauce offers the most unique flavor. The marinated sirloin steak is the best item, juicy and tender with great flavor. You should probably spring for the premium tier, which includes galbi and ribeye. Parking: While the lot at Tustin Marketplace is huge, when it gets busy here, you'll have to walk a bit.

My go to for kbbq in Tustin/Irvine. Pros: Fast and attentive service, great variety of sides (banchan), great options on the non-premium menu, well ventilated, great ambiance. Cons: Can be loud and difficult to hear the music or conversate, meat quality is inconsistent (some rounds are amazing, while others are not so much), floor is slippery (common for kbbq restaurants). Must try: XL Brisket

Good cuts of meat, huge variety, easy ordering, clean interior, minimal human contact thanks to a robot bringing the food. What more can you ask for? Go here for your ayce kbbq fix!

Meat selection is good and the service is fast. The pork jowl is pretty special, don't usually see it on the menu. The weekday lunch deal is a good price!

The service here is good and the restaurant space is huge, so it's an AYCE spot to consider for a large group. I do really like how napkins, sauces, oils, and salts are all at the table for convenience. The QR code ordering system also comes in handy so you don't have to flag down wait staff whenever you need something. However it's worth noting that this place on the pricier side at around $40/person for dinner. The banchan is okay - the napa kimchi was yummy and the green salad was nice and fresh! Unfortunately I found the cucumber and macaroni salad to be a little bland and the fish cake a bit undersalted and soft. I also had some mixed feelings on the meat - the brisket was thicker and leaner than preferred, but the bulgogi was very tasty. The food here is not bad, but it's a little disappointing for the price per person + included gratuity. You could probably pay a similar price for something non-AYCE but filling and better quality.

Food and service is great and the food selection was really good . Waiters were great as well

The banchan arrived first -- kimchi sharp with funk, tangy pickled radish, a sweet potato salad that stole a few bites before the meat even hit the grill. Galbi came marinated just right: caramelized edges, tender center, no chew fatigue. Pork belly needed nothing but a dip in sesame oil and salt. Service kept the grill clean between rounds, no charred bits lingering. Soybean paste stew at the end rounded things out -- savory, grounding. A little pricey for the portions, but the quality and pacing made it worth returning for.

Came here for lunch and was honestly shocked by the price -- $23.99 for AYCE Korean BBQ is such a good deal, especially for the amount and variety you get. The XL plate of beef brisket was definitely the highlight. The meat quality was solid and cooked up really nicely on the grill. I also didn't expect much from the nachos, but they were actually super tasty and a fun addition to the usual KBBQ lineup. They also offer a good variety of Korean side dishes (banchan), which kept the table full the entire time. Service was attentive and they were quick to swap out grills and bring refills. Overall, great spot in Tustin if you're looking for a satisfying and affordable AYCE KBBQ experience. Would definitely come back for lunch!

You are right. 30% off on $31.99. Also, kids' prices will be discounted. Please come and get your stomach full while this promotion lasts.

Having…read moreeaten at hundreds of Lebanese restaurants across multiple states--and traveling back to Beirut once a year--I have a very high bar for authenticity. My wife is also very familiar with the cuisine and cooks many of these traditional dishes herself. Last night, we tried BEI in Costa Mesa, and we are both absolutely thrilled to have found it. The hospitality here is amazing. Tommy gave us a warm greeting right as we walked in, and it was a pleasure chatting with him all evening. Our waiter, George, was equally amazing. He isn't Lebanese himself, but he jokingly told us that he is becoming Lebanese more and more every day just from eating the food here! He knew the menu inside and out, guiding us through the options and sharing his personal favorite plates with real passion. As for the food, my wife and I completely agreed that the chicken shawarma was easily the best I have ever had anywhere in the United States. It fully equals what you would eat at a high-quality restaurant in Lebanon. The toum (garlic spread), which is an absolute must for the chicken, was unbelievable. The hummus, baba ganoush, batata harra (spicy potatoes), and the fattoush salad were all absolutely amazing and perfectly seasoned. We finished the evening with an incredible knefeh for dessert. Even the hookah was great--smooth, well-prepared, and the perfect addition to the evening. They have a DJ on Fridays and a belly dancer on Saturdays, giving the space an awesome weekend energy. If you want genuine Lebanese cuisine paired with true Middle Eastern hospitality, BEI is a must-visit. We will certainly be back every time I am in town!

Overall (1/5) This was easily my worst Halal Guys experience…read moreand honestly left me really disappointed. I came craving something familiar and left feeling like I wasted both time and money. First Impressions (1/5) When I walked in, there was only one person working, handling the fryer, the register, and assembling plates. I genuinely felt bad for her, especially considering the steady line forming. What We Got (2/5) I ordered a regular plate, which is what I usually get at Halal Guys. Nothing customized or complicated, just the standard order I have had many times before at other locations. Taste and Quality (0/5) The food was shockingly bad. The rice was raw and crunchy, which was hard to believe at first. The meat pieces were tiny and very chewy, and the pita bread was extremely soggy. On top of that, it was only around 4 pm and the usual spinning meat and grill were not even on, despite the line picking up. Service (2/5) The worker was clearly trying her best, but one person running everything in a busy location is not realistic. She was constantly running back and forth between the fryer and the line, which made the whole operation feel chaotic and slow. Space and Atmosphere (3/5) The space itself was fine and what you would expect from Halal Guys. Clean enough, but nothing stood out positively enough to offset the food experience. Was It Worth It (0/5) Not at all. As someone who is pretty frugal and almost always finishes their meals, I could not finish this plate. It genuinely felt like a waste of $18. Final Thoughts This location does not seem to be held to the same standards as other Halal Guys in the area. This experience was disappointing from start to finish.
