I am very disappointed with this company and the owner even more. My son needed to have his Nintendo do switch screen replaced so he paid $120 for the service. After 2!failed attempts of getting cracked screens from their distributor they game my son back his switch and said it was fixed and after picking up it is still scratched. we asked for a refund and the owner still refused to refund his money. My 3 week old samsung galaxy note fell out of my hand and onto the ground breaking the glass. It was Saturday evening about 7 p.m. And I thought that I was dead in the water until Monday. I did a quick google search for pricing of glass repair, & I found several places on the Internet where I could ship my phone and have it repaired for $99. Problem was, I would be without my phone for up to 2 weeks. This store also came up in my google search and because it was in a mall, they were open until 9 p.m. I gave them a quick call and rushed right in before closing because they said they could get to it on Sunday. In actuality once I got there, the clerk named Brian, went on to tell me that they may not get to it on Sunday after all because its a Samsung and takes longer. He then went on to say that they can do multiple Apple phones and make more money on a short work day like a Sunday then do my phone. It was clear to me that he just did not understand what he just said. Basically he said that my business was not as important other people's glass changes who had Apple phones because they could make more money. So he did promise that I would have the phone by 1 p.m. On Monday and then a voice from the back shouted by 4 p.m. Price $159. Including tax. Called them at 11 a.m. On Monday to check the status, and Brian advised me that they broke my LCD display while taking my phone apart. They were going to have to call the head office to take care of the replacement LCD and it could be 1 to 4 days. I was ballistic. A brand new phone ruined and put back together with used parts. Not only that but it blew my 1 year warranty with T Mobile. Just 3 hours later, I got a phone call from somebody else that my phone was ready for pickup. I went down to the store and sure enough my phone was fixed. I remarked about how quick they got a new LCD screen. The clerk looked at me like I was crazy. Turns out Brian confused me with a different customer. The glass repair looked good. When you drop off a phone they have a check list of about 20 items that they check to make sure everything is working before they take the phone in. The new clerk seemed a little pissed off when I took the check list and started going through it to make sure they were giving me back the phone in the same order in which I gave it to them. And he was very impatient through the process but was insistent I sign for receipt for the phone in good condition. I refused to sign until I ran through the checklist which upset him more. It was only when I got home and looked closer that I saw Glue around some of the edges. Fortunately I do have some experience and I waited for the glue to dry the next day and took it off with a razor blade. So in actuality, I would rate this a three-and-a-half star experience with a half a point deduction for the glue and a full point deduction for the absolutely horrible customer service interaction. The two men I dealt with were in their early twenties and maybe phone and computer geeks, but they have no interpersonal skills. Another part of that one point deduction is for their poor record keeping which did not allow them to know which customer they were talking to. WORST SERVICE TOTALLY BROKE MY PHONE !!! I got my phone fixed there last week just the screen then i dropped it once while it had a protective case on it and a screen protector on it and the screen fell out ! Same prices as Apple you are better off going there. Deceptive business practices! I feel scammed. Took my daughters iphone 7 for repair and was told it would take 3 weeks. It took 2 months! The $50 fee to diagnose the problem was applied to $120 total cost. No bad. But after waiting 3 times longer than expected l, they told me another $130 in repairs was needed. Seriously? They said they couldn't know I needed a new screen on top of the board repair until it got back. So now they got me. Either pony up another $130, on top of the $120, or the phone won't work. If they'd told me $250 from the start, no problem. I could have used my phone insurance and had a new phone for less, in a day or two. Just a miserable experience with a staff that apologies but no real help. Whether I was actually scammed or not, I feel like I was. Perceptions are reality!! read more

Took a Samsung in to get glass replaced. Left with a big bubble in screen. Meaning they used no glue. Was told they of course didn't use glue and are not equipped to do so. I paid 100 bucks for a jerry rigged repair job and was told that's the best they can do. This place is obviously not equipped to repair phones. Store refused a refund for a repair they could not do correct. If you want your phone repaired correct please look elsewhere. I went to another place and got a full LCD and glass replacement for what Ifix charged me for the rigged up glass only replacement. read more

After reading Vicky's review of 3/14/14 I was hesitant to use this place but I did. Said to myself I will not pay in advance and to make sure they have the screen for my I phone 5S in stock. They said they had in stock and it would take one hour to repair. I gave them my cell # and told them to call me if a problem arose. Went back in an hour to pick up and they told me there was a problem. They didn't have the screen or the last one they had was defective. Not sure which one because I got both answers. I asked them why they never called me then instead of me waiting for an hour. All I got was a stupid look. Took my phone and left never to return!!! read more

I took my Samsung galaxy S4 in for a cracked screen repair. After calling and getting a quote over the phone for $100 and I brought in and spoke to Howard. He advised they had the glass and could repair and it would cost about $140. I then advised I was quoted $100 and he said "ok" reluctantly....I should have known then to walk away. I went ahead and did the repair and even purchased screen protectors and a new case. They told us it would take about 2 hours for the repair...came back 2 hours later to my phone clipped together with clothes pins and a smudge in the middle of the screen. Howard said give it another 10-15 mins and the spot will dry and go away as we assumed they glued it. We come back and sure enough it was gone....so we paid and went home. Well about 15 mins later after putting it in a case and playing with it.....the spot returned!! So the next day I returned and was advised that it was the pressure from the case. I said not acceptable and asked for it to be redone...they didn't have a time that day so I agreed to bring it back the following weekend due my working hours. After arriving today, Ricky saw the spot and said he would fix it with a redo. Fast forward....4 hours and I come back in to the phone doing the same thing....this time both Howard and Ricky advised that there is nothing more but to leave it and let them try to fix it. I said no way....you had 2 chances already....I would like refund. They refused but decided to call their district manager, Daniel Washington. He said no refund but he will come in tomorrow and fix it. No one could tell me how it was going to be fixed or why it was not a proper repair in the first place. They don't use glue like you should and that's why the spot is still there...it will never be correct. So we left and will fight for the refund with corporate!!!!! STAY AWAY......FAR FAR AWAY. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR HOW TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. This place is a rip off...they repaired my iPhone cracked glass but the adhesive did not hold for 60 days... when i went back to the store at 75 days for them to repair, they told me that i needed a new glass and since it was outside the 60 days warranty they wouldn't repair and said that i also must need a new battery and the total cost would be $170. They admitted that they do not use apple products for repair, but instead some off brand that is obviously inferior to apple... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND THEY USE INFERIOR PRODUCTS... read more

The worst service ever. NEVER PAY FIRST!!! Will never go back and would tell others to stay away. Simple cracked screen on a Apple mini. Called store said to bring it in should have it back within 48 hrs. Called store the third day said they broke an LCD light and would have to send out for a part 7 to 10 more days but no extra charge. Told me it was common for that to happen. 10 days later still not fixed was told it would be a few more days they were very busy. After 19 days it was now fixed but glue all over the edges. The guy at the desk wanted me to sign for it saying it was all okay. I said look at all the glue he said if I wanted to leave it for a few more days they would remove it. I walked out took it to another shop and was told who ever fixed this did a very poor job. Lesson learned. read more

If was possible to give no star, this place will deserve it. I took my IPad2 to change the screen and I regret so much. First of all the man who helped me said the would take 2 to 3 hours and end up taking 14 days. I left the IPad on Tuesday night to be fixed on the next day but I got a phone call saying the screen was a special order and I had to pay first in order for them to get the part in the store, so I said it was OK and I was stopping by to pay, which I did on the very same day he called. Then I met the manager Eddie who said it will take 3 to 4 days for the part to come in, and once again I said it was ok. But after 4 days I called to find out the status of my order and some man who answered the phone said it was ready, so I said that I will go to pick up but when I got there the IPad wasn't working and the man suggested that I left there that way but thanks to God I had showed a picture of my daughter from the IPad to the manager who billed me for the part and the man said that I had to come back at the next day which I did but when I got there the man who was suppose to fix, didn't showed up to work and the manager wasn't there, so he said for me to come back next day once again ... very patience I did and guess what? The IPad wasn't fixed and instead they had broken even more, now the IPad had the broken screen again (guy try to reopen to fix cable connections and broken the screen) and wasn't working but this time I spoke to the manager and he didnt show any concern and the last but not the least asked more time to fix so couple more days goes by and I finally got the phone call to pick up and for my surprise was partially fixed because they used double face tape YES! To glue it back together. When I confronted the manager he had the guts to say if I want to leave for another day. Ohhhhh man! These people doesn't have no clue on how to do business or they are expert on making money on peoples back like me. I felt like calling the police and pressing charges for the rip off I was suffering but I had my daughter with me and I didn't want to progress the upset situation. So stay away from this store, bad place to do business with it and expensive I had paid $137 and some change for a piece of plastic glued with double face tape, poorly done by the way. Beware of a repair from here. First off they don't answer the phone, second I purchased a groupon for iPhone 5 screen repair and told it didn't work and was treated as if I was lying, like maybe I had used the groupon before and was trying to cheat them. I called groupon waited on phone for 30 minutes and the customer service gave me a new code and the guy said it didn't work either...., after all that the guy was entering into the wrong account. His fault!!! With no real apology!! Then 2weeks and 3 days later my screen started to peel and the home button was all messes up. The phone then cracked and I took it to the store to show them so they could replace it and they said sorry you dropped it so there's nothing we can do!!!! Now the under screen is black and my phone doesn't even work at all. Had to buy a new iPhone. I have had screen repairs before on a previous iphone 4 with no problem but not from this company! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. So beware. Bad customer service!! read more
