Twice now the Amazon return has been closed due to broken printer part (Staples for some reason cannot print the Amazon receipts from another printer even though their print section has many many printers) or yesterday the associate stated they ran out of labels. Yet, when I called today a rude employee told me that Amazon wouldn't be fixed until tomorrow. OK things happen but they never had this problem before they moved Amazon returns to a different area.

They told me to come back in an hour and a half. I live 15 miles away, so yeah....a bit inconvenient. They sent me an email saying my device was ready, so I drove all the way back. They then said that the phone was not worth repairing, so they did absolutely nothing with it. They did refund my money, however. But I thought it was a huge waste of my time. They seem honest enough, but disabuse yourself of any notion that this is a "while-you-wait" kind of place. Not sure if I would use them again, hope I never have to.

My computer simply stopped working and would not turn on. I brought my computer in late am on a Wednesday. Received a call late pm that same Wednesday informing me it was ready for pick up. It has been a few days now and everything is working fine. Daniel and Greg were very professional and even apologetic that it would cost $75.00. Considering the computer cost, the age, and that Best Buy wouldn't even touch it, I thought it was very reasonable. Would highly recommend CPR in Wappingers Falls.
