We placed the order online and chose to pay cash because we had multiple gift cards we wanted to use and couldn't figure out to do it online. Our pizza was delicious!! We got one that was half meat half veggie and one that was half cheese half pepperoni. Our salad was sub par- very dry and not what I remembered. I ordered my pizza online last night and the overall ordering process was easy and simple. I wish they would tell me how long it would take (for delivery) before I placed my order, but it wasn't a big deal. It said 55 mins, and it arrived in less than 45. Delivery driver was very kind. Up until now 5 stars. However, the pizza was undercooked. The thin crust was still doughy. I'm usually a 'let's order extra so we'll have left overs for tomorrow' kind of pizza guy. Unfortunately this time, I don't really think I'll eat it today. I'm going to try to cook it in my oven to give it a 2nd chance, but it just had a weird taste due to the crust that I don't think I'll be able to get over. My family all agreed as well. Was at a friends house and they ordered pizza from Fratelli's so I can't comment on the restaurant itself or their menu. They ordered 3 pizzas - a veggie supreme, margarita, and pepperoni pizza. These pizzas were a relatively thin crust (Which I personally really enjoyed). The toppings themselves were really good, I thought the whole margarita pizza was perfectly balanced with the fresh basil and light tomatoes. The olives on the veggie pizza were a bit too salty, and they were generous with the olives which made for a very salty pizza unfortunately! I would definitely eat from here again, would just reduce the amount of olives on the veggie pizza. read more

Still one of my favorite pizza places here in Texas. I first tried them out in Plano when I was pregnant and working at Target. They would even deliver to me so I didn't have to walk all the way to them in the cold. This location did not disappoint. If only they were one closer to my home! My pizza was cold by the time I got home because this location is more than 25mins from us. Looking for good mom and pop style pizza. So tired of chains that just have an assembly line. I read the reviews and his looked pretty good. So we ordered the "Brothers" pizza minus the onions. It looks like they are all thin crust. There nowhere to sit inside so it's all delivery or take out. They were friendly in the phone and said it would only be 20 minutes....on a Friday night. I also threw in an order of breadsticks to try them out. Got there probably 30 minutes later and looked good. Steam still coming off the pizza as he showed to me. Not a bad price for a medium pizza and breadsticks at $18. Our pizza had Italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives and I think Canadian bacon. Got it home and even put it in the oven for another 30 min to keep warm. Once we dove in I was impressed. Nice thin but not soft crust. The toppings were good and not too much sauce. Our go-to delivery joint for pizza. iFratelli is always on time or early with their order and we've never been served cold food. It's always piping hot (seriously). The order process is a breeze- they store your address info and associate it with the phone number so you don't have to repeat things over and over every time you call to place an order. We prefer the Big Brother (pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms) and we sometimes order a second pie with just Canadian bacon. Both are delicious. The sausage is ground and spread in heaps all over the pizza, tastes so good. The crust is thin and usually cooked to be a little crispy. I've been tempted to try other specialty pizzas but we like our Big Brother so much we have never yet strayed. I sometimes with the appetizer selection was better- there are no wing options. The salads, while fresh, are sort of on the plain side. We usually just stick with pizza and are always happy with the product and service! We live iFratelli's pizza because it is thin and not round (I guess we have succumb to their advertisement: "never trust a round pizza"). This is the northwest location of the regional chain. On any given friday or saturday night, expect an hour+ wait to pick up and Lord Knows how long to get one delivered (never had that done). We like the "BIg Brother", which is a combo of sausage, pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper. A large is enough to feed three people - any more than that I would consider getting two. They offer side salads (get the house dressing - it's a vinaigrette with parmesean cheese). IN the 15+ years we have been patronizing this location and the Southlake one, we have never deviated from these choices. YMMV read more

Now I love all pizza. Each place has something particular about it that makes me love it. I really like the thin and crispy crust here but the sauce... I love it. I'm not a huge fan of sweet pizza sauce and theirs definitely is not! I absolutely love the flavor of the sauce. Now if they would just put a little more of it on the pizza. Like brownies? I do and ifratelli has the best brownies ever!!! Update!!! I ordered a pizza meal deal tonight which came with pizza, salad and brownies and a drink. My pizza got here and of course the salads were with there too which was no big deal so I didn't call them on it I just didn't want to waste the salads.
