I have mixed feelings on my pizza last night. I wavered between 3 or 4 stars and chose 4 for this visit.i will be coming back to try again. I got the veggie pizza with added ricotta and spinach. Online orders do not allow for comments, so I had to call and ask for extra sauce - I don't think they added it but not the end of the world. Honestly I was disappointed in the ricotta- don't get me wrong it was awesome however it is flavored and not standard and that was a little in expected. Overall the pizza was loaded and yummy. If zero stars was an option, that's what it would be rated from me. Giving them 1 star is an overstatement. We had a really uncomfortable experience here and won't be returning. We were next door at Shiver Shack when our toddler girls needed to use the restroom. As we walked in, we saw a sign that said restrooms are for paying customers, which was completely fine, we fully intended to order something. When we entered, we were asked what we needed, and I explained that the girls were going to use the restroom while we placed an order. Unfortunately, one of the younger employees immediately responded with a very negative attitude and said, in front of us, that we shouldn't be allowed to use the restroom. It was honestly surprising and off-putting. The older employee had to repeat multiple times that if we were ordering, it shouldn't be an issue. Despite that, while my friend took the girls to the restroom, they were hovered over and watched, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially considering these were small children. Overall, the interaction left a really bad impression. I understand having policies, but the way this situation was handled lacked basic courtesy and made us feel unwelcome. read more

I felt like I walked into the middle of something I wasn't supposed to be around. I read about this spot and had to try it! Thanks, fellow Yelpers! My decision to try "non" traditional pizzas paid off. I got a 10" each of the Tandoori chicken and Tandoori paneer pizzas. I also got mint and tamarind chutneys, which were delicious but unnecessary because the flavors of the pizzas were amazing! Even the pizza crust was incredible. My hubby who never eats the end crusts actually ate the end crusts! The cake was light and luscious with a delicate, creamy lemon flavor. I did takeout, but I did see the inside. The interior is open and inviting. It's not fancy, but spacey. The outside looks like it used to be a gas station, so there are lots of parking spaces. Service was friendly. I think this place is pretty new.It looks like it used to be some kind of gas station.You walk in it has some gum ball machines and a couple of arcade games.Then you walk further there is a bar.Not sure what they are trying to make this place?They do sell pizza by the slice so I got pepperoni.I wanted o e slice supreme but they said they don't offer that but you could build your own.Im sure if I did that no telling how much it would cost me?So the pizza came out and one thing I can say they didn't skimp on the pepperoni.The crust was a little thicker than I like but overall it was pretty good.Would I come back again?Maybe but it wouldn't be at the top of my list. read more

The pizza itself was good! It was well flavored and I enjoyed it, it could have used a tad bit more sauce and less crust but overall pleased! The price point is a bit steep, $16 for a 10 inch and most Indian fusion places in the northeast charge between $12-$14 for the same exact thing. I dined in, and I read Pizza Buzz's profile boasting hospitality, yet I did not feel any of that. I walked in stating it was my first time and the owner did not welcome me or explain the different pizzas they made. Once the pizza was delivered I wasn't checked up on either. His signature Pizza, which is award-winning tandoori, was on a level all its own. I highly recommend it. I haven't been there since it changed from Chef Point Cafe. We don't eat out much but when we do this is our favorite place around. The food is excellent although somewhat pricey. Today however will be our last meal there. The window sills had a lot of dead flies on them and no one seemed to notice. We counted 18 of them on only two windows. Disgusting especially for a restaurant. I was skeptical when we drove up. It's in a repurposed gas station. But, let me tell y'all, the pizza is amazing. We got a 10 elote and a 10 inch chicken tandoori and split them between the two of us. It was planting good and we had leftovers. The elote was so buttery and the flavor of the taco sauce and fresh cilantro popped! The tandoori chicken had warm spices and was delightful. The side sauces were a fabulous compliment to that pizza. There is a patio out back and plenty of space for groups to dine. The servers were very kind and attentive. The ambience is a bit lacking, but the food more than makes up for that. The magic is in the dough. This place has nailed the perfect combination of chewy, crispy, and flavor. The pizza is amazing, but the real star is the calzone. The simple flavors let the quality shine. I want to be adventurous and try some of the fun flavor combinations, but I stick with the traditional pizzas. We drive 40 minutes to get pizza from Pizza Buzz, so we don't make it out there often, but we notice the same staff every time. That says a lot about a place. The only issue I have is that the marinara sauce is heavy with the crushed red pepper, so it has a kick that my kids can't hande. read more

Came into lunch today to eat pizza and I found a strand of hair on my pepperoni pizza and a strand of black hair on my fries!!! I was grossed out and lost my appetite. I constantly have to find the waitress for service and she even admitted they were wrong for the pieces of hair in my food. The most delicious pizza we've ever had. My wife & I shared a 10" tandoori chicken and 10" Al Pastor and oh my let me tell you... the crust was perfectly soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. But even better than that the toppings were out of this world... full of flavor in every bite. You forget you're eating a slice of pizza instead of the gourmet meal it takes like. We devoured every bite and are already looking forward to our next visit. We met Jay, the owner, his wife and daughter. We have heard the "buzz" about Pizza Buzz for quite awhile and sadly have to admit, it took us awhile to get over here. I'm a little picky about pizza and only two or three places in the Fort Worth area that I'll eat at. So we called in an order on a Saturday to pick up. This is an order and take home to eat kinda place. I was pretty shocked when they said it would only be a 30 minute wait at 6pm on a Saturday night. When I got there I realized why. They have their entire family working hard there. So I was greeted by the sweetest teenage girl. In fact, everyone said hi when I walked in the door. This is the kind of customer service that is rare these days. Plus, they text you when your order is ready. That's so cool We got a 10" dill pickle, a 16" Brooklyn white and a small order of cheese bread. She made sure our order was right and sent me in my way. They're not cheap but certainly not expensive when it was $48 for all that. Well it was worth the wait. We sat down and first of all the cheese bread was absolutely amazing ! Bothe pizza were some of the best I've had. That even includes pizza in Manhattan, NY. I read that they make their dough and ferment it there. You can tell because that dough is so good! Best pizza in Watauga--hands down. If you haven't been here, go here. The owners are a sweet couple who want to get to know their customers and how they can improve as a business. They have worked very hard to build this company with so many made-from-scratch ingredients, and the flavor shows. Their dough is made in a 48-72 hour process (which supposedly helps you digest it a bit easier). The owners had zero pizza making experience when they first started their to-go store, and now they're making better pizza than any other in the area--with visitors driving sometimes over an hour to try their unique pizzas. On the visit to their new dine-in location, we had the famous award-winning chicken tandoori pizza and the pickle pizza. I've had the tandoori before so I knew it as going to be amazing, but the owner introduced us to the chutney add-ons which makes it a whole new yummy experience. Pickle pizza...it's taken me way too long to try a pickle pizza! So friggin good. The crust alone at PB is exceptional, but the toppings are chef-worthy. They're working on their set-up, so they're a work in progress...getting their beer/wine license soon. However, it's currently BYOB. They have a private room you can rent for events. read more

A good spot in Fort Worth for Pizza - if you are looking to try for a new pizza spot, but are looking for some more unique flavor options Pizza Buzz is the place to go. Starting with the pizza that most folks see when they look up Pizza Buzz - the famous Pickle Pizza. Admittedly, I am not a huge pickle person so was unsure on this, but loved it - the flavors are surprisingly balanced, and the texture contrast between the pickle and pizza was great. I guess I am now a fan of Pickle Pizza! The Elote pizza was also delicious, but lacking two critical components - corn and cheese! The menu describes the elote pizza as "Our Elote Pizza comes with a Butter Base, Mozzarella Cheese, and Corn. After cooking, the pizza is drizzled with Chipotle Mayo and a drizzle of Valentina Hot Sauce with a lot of Parmesan Cheese and a sprinkle of Cilantro." Unfortunately, the elote pizza I had did not have much Mozzarella or corn. This one was disappointing because as it was served it was delicious, but if it had more corn and mozzarella it would have even better. The Paneer Pizza.. I understand this may be a more acquired taste, but I thought it was very good. Main gripe here is that again, not a lot of mozzarella. The garlic knots were disappointing. The cheese was melted, but the garlic knots were very underdone. Could have used another 10 minutes in the oven. They were busy at the time, but still - we wouldn't have minded waiting. All in all, l enjoyed the pizza we had, but wished the portions of some of the ingredients were better. We will try again another night and see how it goes! read more

I want to try to give pizza buzz some credit during our visit due to it being a grand opening weekend. I wanted to give a bit more of grace assuming they hadn't done a soft opening before this, but my wife informed me that they had because a friends family had been here at least 2-3 times in the time they had re-opened in the old chefs point location. We had tried them once in the old location awhile ago, but due to distance and a lack of dine in at the time it wasn't something we could easily put into rotation. Plus we're usually searching for by the slice when trying unique kinds of pizzas like pickle or tandoori to see if we like it before we pay $15+ for a small 10 inch. During our recent visit, they had sent out promos for two free slices per email, but once we had sat down it was per family, which wasn't anywhere on the promo email or on the FB post. They let it slide for a couple but we noticed by the time we left it became per table so we saw a lot of people have to reconfigure how they were going to order. Most had planned on the free slices plus drinks and an app, but a few just had each person pick a slice and maybe get drinks. We would have probably chosen to get togo and done two separate orders, with whatever extras we planned on being on one of our tickets. Our waitress, who was walking in as we pulled in to park, had been unaware of the promo. Not her fault just bad on the store not making sure folks were informed ahead of time. We noticed the kitchen side seemed to be knocking it out of the park with how quick pizza was coming out, as well as the apps we saw coming out. It was front end that was struggling ... there was a few thing we noticed where wrong slices went to the wrong table but not sure if they were put in wrong or table numbers got fliped. They caught that we had the wrong table number qr on our table before we ordered. On the food end the Tandoori was outstanding, and had enough flavor I would get it again as a whole pizza. My wife liked hers but would only get the pickle again as 1-2 slices because she can't eat a whole pizza and no one else would touch it. So as long as they keep the by the slice option they are solid once we give them some time to settle into their new location. With it being closer we may now be able to opt for togo for it being closer to home. read more

Seeing the high reviews, I drove all the way from South Arlington only to get bland food and terrible service. They had left my order out on an open rack all day instead of inside an oven to keep it fresh longer. The manager, an indian looking older guy, partially refunded my money out of spite because I told them that their food had no flavor. He even said that he pocketed 30% of my refund because he "worked really hard to make the order" and blamed me for their food's low quality by saying I arrived an hr late. Just know that the reviews are misleading (unless you love flavorless food) and the manager takes pride in literally taking people's money, which isn't a good look for a business if you can call this place that. read more
