You drop them off one day and pick them up the next. It's a pleasure to have sharp knives. And in a truly efficient manner, all the questions I had were answered on a prerecorded message on the phone. But that's just a sliver of what they have to offer. Many kitchen utensils, large and small, knives, pots, pans, olive oils adorn the walls and the store itself. The prices are competive to other high end suppliers and you can look, feel and even try items before you buy them.
