Recommended by a friend who's purchased appliances from the store for over 25 years, I went into this purchase cautiously optimistic. Having done appliance research and looked at big box store all-in pricing, I had a model in mind along with what I expected to pay. What George quoted me all-in was very reasonable, less expensive than other stores, and it allowed me to shop local. Win-win. The two guys doing the installation and removal were efficient, clearly experienced and overall just good people. They gave me a few tips, replaced a loose drain pipe at no additional costs and cleaned some underneath areas I had not seen in over a decade. I highly recommend Pequannock Appliance for the customer experience, including very competitive pricing.

I contacted Weber who claims to have a service referral but after 3-4 attempts I gave up. An internet search pointed me to Oakland Ace for the repair.
