I definitely recommend him, for both his expertise, and the entire customer experience. Before getting in it, we asked if we could use the extended hose to fuel from the opposite side of our vehicle. We were told no. What's frustrating is that these pumps are equipped with extra-long hoses specifically designed to reach either side of the car. Other BJ's locations--like Edison--allow customers to use them, which keeps the lines moving and dramatically reduces wait times. Instead, everyone is forced to wait for a pump on their vehicle's fuel-door side, creating backups like the one in this photo. We ended up leaving and driving to the Edison location instead. BJ's invested in long-reach hoses for a reason. It would be nice if this location actually used them to improve the customer experience.
