Cracked my phone screen (Pixel 6) on Friday night, called around a few places the next and most either wouldn't fix my brand of phone, or would have to order a part and couldn't fix it until Tuesday. WARNING!!!! This guy is unfortunately a scam artist, he uses cheap parts from China and will lie to you about what's really going on with your device to make a sale. I took my IPhone 11 in two times, first because I shattered my screen, he fixed it. He assured me over and over again that he only used genuine apple screens and not the cheap ones from China. I was stupid and believed him. 6 months later when my screen broke again this time because the screen was defective and he gaslit me into believing that I must of dropped it or did it myself and that it couldn't be his screen. I should of known but at this point I was broke and he cut me a deal to fix the screen. Fast forward to now, just 3 months later, the screen is broken again! I wasted more than 200 dollars on cheap screens from this guy and am gonna file a report with BBB. Last week, I met Ryan at his premises and had a real good feeling. We talked about the work I needed done on my Apple stuff and I said I'd be back. Later that day I went to his website. It wasn't up and there was no notice to say it was being worked on. I've tried the last two days to call him during his posted business hours- no answer and no way to leave voicemail. I went by this morning during posted open hours. The place was all dark and no note on the door and a blind over the glass that would be at home in a crack house. This afternoon when I called, a voice came on and said that the number was no longer in service. For me, working on Apple products requires a certain kind of conscientious and reliable person. This business is a complete scam. Read the other reviews. We dropped off our business iPad with him over a year ago (august 2022) to have it fixed for minor issues. We have checked in 1-2 times every month since we dropped it off. Unfortunately when we dropped it off he only had 5 star reviews. Now a year later it has came out he is a scam artist. We have gone to check in with him in person multiple times and he just constantly lies and tells us it's almost ready and he's checking on it. Last time we spoke (2 months ago now, before he blocked both of our phone numbers) he said it was in San Jose because he had to send it off to someone else? We've asked him for the contact info to directly talk to whoever has it. Complete lie and he was unable to provide us any information- just more and more lies.
