I can't say enough great things about my experience here with Andreas. We came in on a Wednesday to look at what the process would be to purchase a new diamond for my existing wedding band. Andreas created us, took us to the back so we could watch him clean my rings, and then helped us pick the perfect new diamond. To help ensure we were picking the right size, they even took my current stone out of the setting so I could get a better visual of what the "new" ring would look like. I came in for a resize and had some questions about the emerald and he was able to answer my questions thoroughly and taught me so much about my ring. My 10 year anniversary is coming up. I've read hours online about diamonds and the 3 C's . Lab brown vs natural and after all of that I was ready to hit some jewelry stores to see the stones in person. I went to 5 total. All were nice actually. T birds in boca park, Morgan Taylor, Huntington, mJ Christensen, a few pawn shops along the route also. Sky diamonds was the last one I went to and I'm glad I added it to the list. They have a pretty big selection of settings. And after all of the visits to the other stores the prices here weren't the cheapest or the most expensive. I found the setting and stone that fit my budget at sky. Pascale (sorry if that's misspelled) was very nice. She helped me and was attentive to the process. I ended up with a ring that was more than I was expecting to pay, but totally worth it. 1.30 carats and a very nice cut and clarity makes the diamond sparkle. Wife can't stop staring at it. I'll definitely be back here at some point to upgrade my wife's stone. If you wait until 1 year passes they'll give your 110% of your purchase price to trade up to a larger stone. So that was also a nice perk if we want to upgrade down the road. Imo stay away from labs. They're making more and more of them and natural diamonds are finite. read more

I most liked styles from the Sylvie ring line, which is named after it's female designer from Texas - which also gave me a special feeling of kinship. Prices here are a touch higher than other places we looked but the service was also better, as well as their warranty policies and included services (ie appraisal, upgrades, etc). I've spent $50,000+ with them and was treated poorly today. Quick History - A couple years ago my fiancé and I bought my engagement ring here. We had the best customer service! Our salesman was incredibly kind. He was super knowledgeable and worked with us to get the diamond/ring of my dream. Over the years we've bought multiple other pieces. The customer service here is typically amazing. This WAS our go to jewelry place. My past couple of visits have been less than stellar. It seems like something has shifted with their service. I came in to get my engagement ring and my diamond earrings cleaned (which I bought here). I will admit, my diamond earrings were pretty dirty. I wear them everyday and they desperately needed a cleaning. A representative approached me and I told her my jewelry needed to be cleaned. She takes them and she looks at my earrings in disgust. That part, I'm too offended by. I can understand, because they were pretty grubby. Here's my issue - she comes back with my jewelry and I can tell my earring have been cleaned. However, my ring had not been cleaned. My ring wasn't even wet. She drops my jewelry in front of me and walks away to the back. I look at my ring and I can see the grime on it. I was waiting for her to come back but she never did. I had to ask another representative to clean it. Thankfully, she did. If this was a busy day, I would have excused the behavior. However, there was literally no one in the store. It was a Wednesday at 2:00PM, nothing was happening. It felt like I was not worth her time. Which I get. She is there to make a sell. I know this might sound like a harsh review over a simple ring cleaning. When you spend that amount of money and are a repeat customer, you expect a higher level of customer service. The messed up thing, I have repeatedly bought jewelry while getting my jewelry cleaned. If she gave me the time of day, I might have bought my wedding band. My fiancé was suggesting that I look/get started making my band. I might try them again, but I'm going to start looking at other places in Las Vegas. read more
