He is very professional as well as correct in his interactions with his patients if my experience is any indication of how he treats everyone! I found him to be caring, and available within minutes of my having a small problem with one of my hearing aids- I simply texted him and he was right back to me with easy to follow instructions that remedied my problem completely! My review well to start off my review means nothing. The people who rate hospitals have better…read moremetrics so all I can say is my experience. I went there on my own no ambulance because of a gallbladder attack. I was triaged and received in quickly. I was promply given pain meds which I was thankful for due to the extreme pain. I was then given a sono within a few hours, then a few hours later a CT scan. All is well and good the nurses are awesome (a little loud in the early am when people are trying to sleep but its an ER sleep is a luxury not usually granted) and then the wait begins. waiting for an MRI for hours and hours only to be told maybe today. I went in around 930pm by 1130 had my sono 230 had my CT then at 1030 AM still in the hallway by the bathroom I decided to check out because even though I was admitted I was not getting a room anytime soon. I cant be left in a hallway like a bag of used linens. Great hospital maybe, my experience not so much and only due to lack of beds and I guess 1 MRI for the whole place. Does have great staff and doctors I think the place just needs another 600 beds at least.

I am extremely happy with my decision. The check in process is fast and the doctor made me feel heard and she understood how I felt and what I needed . I'm very iffy with doctors and she was sympathetic, she listened and didn't make me feel stupid for questions I asked or things I was concerned about . The front desk staff is just as friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone ! They have a parking lot in the back of the building so you don't have to drive around looking for a spot which is convenient. If your looking for a doctors office that cares about your health please go there you won't regret it .

"It could be a sinus infection!" She cautioned, side-eyeing my intense pile of tissues. Phefff, I doubted it... but better safe than sorry. I just walked in and waited--- wasn't that bad at all, about 15 minutes. Dr. Bienenstock was very sweet to me when she broke the news that I was only using 40% of my lung capacity. WHATTTTT!?!?!?!?!??! Am I going to die?! *Wheeze wheeze* "A healthy young girl like you shouldn't be short of breath after climbing up stairs," she smiled brightly and handed me a prescription for an inhaler. "Don't worry, it's reversible... *detailed medical instructions*" Thanks Doc! Quick, painless, and easy. Moral of the story: get a family practitioner, use Dr. Bienenstock.
