Rainy day in Orlando, so loading up with carbs seemed like a solid idea! NY pizza is the only pizza that exists, please don't try to sell me on that other stuff. UberEats was quick to deliver my meat lovers pizza, which was piping hot, and cheesy with the right amount of meats. The garlic sauce add-on was ok, could have been more garlicky. I found a great slice near work and it is tough to do in Orlando! Two slice special is priced just right, folding the Slice and eating it "correctly" produces just the right amount of oil to drip-down your arm. Went there the first time and they served me old pizza, I'm bounced to me. It was old. I was sick for four days, but I didn't know what it came from. It wasn't until I went back and asked for the same pizza that I got and they went and found some other pizza and slapped a bunch of stirfry on it, and it was soggy and watery and cold. I went to this restaurant when I was visiting Orlando. I passed early in the day and decided to go back in the evening for dinner. It was close to closing time when we arrived so got it to go. The staff was friendly but you could tell it was close to closing time. I ordered eggplant Parmesan, garlic knots, chicken gyro as well as cannolis. I was with friends who also ordered. It actually took awhile to get our orders but figured it was just them preparing it. The food was okay. My chicken gyro was not very favorful even we getting extra sauce. The eggplant was good and a large portion. I loved the garlic knots. They were soft and seasoned just right. The cannolis were the biggest disappointment as they are my favorite thing. The insides were totally empty. They just put the filling on the ends. So sad. The overall experience was brief but good. Going to a restaurant at the close of day may create challenges when folks are ready to go. I am glad I gave them a try while in town. read more

First and foremost I've come here for almost 3 years and the food is mediocre at best. They brand their establishment after "New York Pizza" because they've put up some old dusty and dingy jerseys and cheesy NY iconography photos (no pun intended). It's looks dirty and wouldn't hurt to take rag to what appears to be a roach infested kitchen. The worst part though is the service. The young lady at the front behaves as if everyone is apparently out to steal or place unfulfilled orders regardless if you are a repeat customer or not. If you call to order over the phone for pick up, they will not begin to prepare it until you arrive. Making you unnecessarily wait an even longer period of time to get your food. Not because there is a back up of orders or the place is crowded, but simply because this girl refuses to fulfill orders over the phone unless you give your card information right then and there. If you want to pay with cash expect to still wait for your order to be made upon arrival. I ordered food from this and another nearby location at the same time to have the food ready together for my family. When I confronted her she said I called 25 minutes ago which was not true, it was 15 minutes prior on my call log which I showed her. But she smugly smiled and gave nothing, but major attitude while a customer called me a "pu$$ie" and "diva." All because I didn't appreciate her attitude and wasting my time and gas going there for food that should have already been made. Excuse me for expecting my PICK UP ORDER PLACED 15 minutes earlier to be prepared on my arrival! Not just taken care of as she collected my payment. I will absolutely NOT be returning to this location ever again and I'd highly recommend any other establishment that doesn't give you such grief about placing orders over the phone and providing payment in person. Stopped in for a slice of pizza with the family. The staff was very pleasant and the answers she didn't have came from the very nice manager/owner. The menu options were great for a pizzeria. I had the Gyro Salad and my family had the two slice deal. The pizza was absolutely delicious in my opinion. The sauce was fantastic and seasoned very well. The pizza slices were New York style Huge! You honestly cannot beat the price for the two slice deal. The Gyro Salad was also very good. The spring mix lettuce mix with olives, feta, etc were very fresh and served in a very large portion. The Gyro meat was well seasoned and when paired with the home made sauce it was delicious. I read so many bad reviews and honestly it's just someone's opinion. The staff and owners seemed very down to earth and pleasant. Even though this is my first time visiting I can't see how things would differ much unless they were stressed with unexpected circumstances like COVID or large groups ordering all at one time. People please remember that reviews can hurt a business and right now we need more small businesses to help create jobs and service our area and country. Ordered a special it clearly shows extra large 2 typing sausage and pepperoni 4 garlic knots 18 hot wings. An additional 20 wings bbq and teriyaki mixed. And additional 3 garlic knots.... when delivered it was a plain cheese pizza plain Wings no knots coke instead of Pepsi the 20 wings were 10 bbq n 10 teriyaki NOT mixed. I call calmly the store to have it corrected and they started arguing with me. I sent a picture of order to gal and she was like oh well... a manager came on very rude and told me to call grubhub. He does't care... then I called grubhub they were very apologetic refunded order minus tip because it was not his fault and 20 min later manager calls back to argue with me and clear said ...he does not care he's getting paid regardless....Unless you want to be disappointed stay away.
