He reduced the price to 5,000.00 then stopped all work o the boat. I picked it up with screws, dirt, oil, old parts all left in the boat. Oil spills grease stains. Wires were cut and all my switches were not working and my trolling motor wires are missing ! Tulpins said they went through the entire engine and charged the oil and filters ect... when I opened the cowling after a month of using it the oil filter has a date of 1/13/2023 !!! Hasn't been changed in 2 years! It gets worse. I asked repeatedly to send me the warrantee info. They never would because THE ENGINE IS A 2015 NOT a 2021 like they sold it as ! i bought this engine about 4 months ago and Tuppins has ignored me! The boats electrical system is a mess and I just had the entire boat rewired. It was working perfectly ! Tuppins has gone down hill since these irresponsible deceitful business practices. Its horrible to take advantage and lie to your customers! I have plenty of pictures and will file a lawsuit. Also as a Yamaha dealer we expect honesty and professionalism. My boat is a mess ! They purposely left the year of the engine off the sales receit but checked that there is a factory warranty still in effect so I would BELEIVE it !
