The location has a couple of displays of luxury handbags, some watches and jewelry, and a few accessories and shoes, along with the racks of clothing. Prices do vary based on condition, designer, and time the piece has been available. The staff were kind to check or share that you can scan the tags for any of the pieces for more information with their app and you can see if there are discounts available for items. In addition to selling consignment items, they will take items for consignment in the shop. I saw some clients stopping in to drop off items to be consigned and listed. I did try some pieces on, but didn't purchase as I was not 100% in love with the items once I tried them on or looked them over. Overall, this is a fun location to stop into. The staff here were more friendly and approachable, which helped to make the experience a pleasant one.

Instead, the restriction is buried in the returns section, where customers are likely to discover it only after the purchase has been made. A no-refund policy this restrictive should be displayed prominently before payment, not hidden in the fine print. The prices are absurdly high for clothing that is average at best in both quality and construction. The sizing is also extremely distorted. Many pieces appear designed for highly exaggerated proportions rather than the average woman, and the fit shown online does not accurately represent how the clothing fits in person. This retailer charges luxury prices without providing luxury quality, reliable sizing, transparent policies, or acceptable customer service. Once they have your money, your only option is to exchange one overpriced, poorly fitting item for another. Buyer beware. I would never purchase from this company again.

Some things are reasonably priced and others are just crazy expensive -- especially for a thrift store. We browsed, but didn't wind up buying anything.
