This is a family run business and they treat it as such they do not overbook. I never have to wait for extended periods of time and the experience is never rushed. They listen closely to exactly what you want and I get dip powder and it lasts for three weeks with zero issues. It is a no-frills salon, but you get exactly what you ask for. They still charged me $250 and i can't even believe they let me walk out looking that way. I called them and told them how horrible of a job they did and they said to come in and they would fix it. The last two appointments I let Layla know that I do not want my hair short, I am growing it out. She cut it too short anyway and left my hair looking like a poofy messy bob. Each appointment Layla was busy and hurrying to fit in other clients during my appointment time and also during my last appointment had other distractions as well.
