Came here for my first spray tan and was fairly pleased with my results. I am very pale and the color they selected was perfect. The technician even advised I only put one coat on my face as to not over do it. I did feel sort of rushed. When I called to inquire, I was told I would get instructions for after tan care as I was going to vacation right after. I had to ask the technician several questions afterward about what to do when I got home. I was also told I would receive information via email about how to care for my tan which never came. My elbows were dark and I had a smudge on my arm. I followed instructions that I found online but would have liked more information for my first time - maybe the tan would have lasted longer that way. I'm sure I will give it another try. read more

I got a spray tan yesterday from Nikki and she was really nice but it came out horrible. I did everything correctly too. I asked for the same exact color as my friend (see pic) and there's nothing there. I did the rapid tan because she told me that would work best (more expensive too) even though I always do regular and sleep in it all of the time. I'm extremely disappointed I wasted all of that money to go to my event looking the exact same. I don't even think she did the color I asked for. read more

Let me start by saying everyone here is very sweet. BUT.... idk since covid the quality of the spray tan must have changed. There's just something about it. My last 4 spray tans have been absolute garbage. Even after post rinse my arms are completely white and my stomach is the most dark. Most times I find I'm being sprayed too far away or too close. Unfortunately I will not be returning after being a loyal customer since 2016. I have bought all there special soaps and moisturizers and I know how to take care of the tan. It's not me it's you guys at W2M. I literally had to edit my cousins wedding photos because one leg was whiter than the other and then my vacation pictures of me in a bikini because my arms were white but my hands were tan!!!! read more

If I could give a billion stars I would! First started going to water 2 moon back in 2017 when they were near Babylon train station and used them for every occasion/just cause I felt like it. And every single time my tan was freaking amazing. They are so incredibly professional and make you feel so comfortable! For silly reasons, I wanted to walk the 3 min to their old establishment that's run by someone else instead of drive 7 min to water 2 moons beautiful new space (so stupid) and get a quick spray tan. After I got sprayed... I walked right about of there and before I even got back into my car I called water 2 moon because I knew I had to shower of the "spray tan nightmare" someone just gave me and I needed them to fix it ASAP ! They were able to squeeze me in last min and fix my tan! SHOUTS TO SYDNEY FOR LITERALLY SAVING MY LIFE. I wanted to be bronzed and beautiful for my 30th birthday party and if it weren't for her, I would have been stuck with the HORRIBLE spray tan I got at the other place... which by the way they didn't refund me! I have never had a bad experience at w2m! I get a brow wax and tint every 4 weeks with Julia and I also have gotten a lash lift with Julia as well. Do yourself a favor and get a lash lift because you will never want to wear mascara again! The same thing for a brow tint, you won't need to fill in your brows anymore. I would like to begin by saying the facility is clean and most of my spray tan looks amazing. I called this morning to discuss streaks in my tan around my feet, and instead of, "come in and let's take a look." I heard "What did you do?" "Did you exercise?" No. "Did you use any creams or lotions?" No. "Really, nothing? No moisturizer?" No. "Did you use soap?" Yes. I used dove. "Oh, well that's your problem. Dove is the worst soap because it leaves minerals behind." At this point I expressed that I don't care what kind of soap I used, I was calling because when I left yesterday you said you would do touch ups. The person on the phone, who I believe is the girl who tanned me, told me how rude I was being, that it's my fault the tan streaked. I replied that when a customer calls they don't want to be blamed for doing something wrong, they just want a quality product they paid for. She stated in her still loud and heightened voice, that in six years it has always been customer wrongdoing and she has only ever given two refunds and I am more than welcome to come in and she'll see what she can do. I said no thanks. The irony of the story is that my class of Seniors, who were in my classroom at the time during lunch, all overheard the entire conversation! I guess they won't be going there for Spray tans for the prom! It's sad because the tan could be perfect. I just wanted streaks fixed. I didn't need a blame game. read more
