Where do I begin, this place is so easy to find just off the Sunrise Highway. I came in on my 1st day to try LaserLipo which I purchased from Groupon which was a steal! The woman at the Spa at the front desk was friendly, warm and welcoming. I'm usually nervous and uncomfortable in situations where I have to show my stomach but she didn't make me feel that way so points to her! Each room is private so you are not in one big room with 10 other half naked girls which I love - the privacy and comfort. There's nice relaxing zen/massage music playing in the room and you have the option of lights on or lights off. Lights off is way more soothing while laying down!! I have a few more treatments left, and after this I plan to look into what other services they offer. Definitely check this place out!

My eyebrows are uneven and they look like they've been plastered on. The lines look unnatural and way off my natural line. The person who runs this place makes someone who is in training do your eyebrows while she comes in and out of the room and in fact towards Midway just went home and left me with the person who was still in training. When I asked if I could come back to adjust the eyebrows, she just brushed me off. Was a HUGE mistake going here. She made her money one time but she will definitely not be getting any more business coming her way. I don't think this place will last too long due to poor customer service

Last time I checked, if I can afford a mortgage on Long Island, I can afford a $10 eyebrow thread. This is a shame because they do good work but I won't be going here anymore. They lost a long term customer. I was coming here for three years before they even mentioned a silly rewards program. Definitely not how you should be conducting customer service.
