Co-worker that gets extensions at another place then noticed a few days later that she could see a piece hanging, she looked at the extensions and said that it looks like a mess they were loose and not tight at all. I was not happy. Went into another salon to get another opinion, who specialized in hair extensions and she stated they were poorly done, loose not tight like they should be. This is something I didn't notice it's not noticeable to the eye unless you actually lift hair up and look at where the hand tied extensions were done. Do not recommend invest your money elsewhere.

I did everything that I could do to try to avoid any problems. She didn't listen. I arrived for my appointment on 8/12/22; the previous salon made part of my hair dark, too dark for me. Courtney bleached my whole head of hair; the top of my hair was already white. The problem was my hair was over processed; she knew this, she asked me if I would like for her to blow dry my hair. I said no; not realizing how crisp my hair was. When I was driving back home was when I touched my hair. I almost started to cry...WHY DIDN'T SHE TAKE HER TIME? She charged me over $150 to over process my hair. I contacted her at a later date; cancelling my next appointment due to her INABILITY to listen. I asked for at least half of my money returned, she has not nor have I heard from her. I cannot recommend her salon, I cannot recommend her ability to understand her client even after a consultation. She clearly was more money motivated than caring for my hair concerns. A good salon would want to resolve issues, she did not even try. Proceed with caution, she will take your money then shrug her shoulders if there's any problems. Not professional or ethical in my opinion. Maybe she could prove me wrong...I'm not holding my breath.

It was one of the owners. I came in with an idea and she had the courage to suggest something else. Even though that may sound brass, she was right. In the end, I was happier with her suggestion. I wanted to cut my hair a bit shorter, and Ashley took her time to not cut off too much at once and made sure I was still happy with the length. After a couple trims all around, I took almost 4 inches off. I'm so happy with how much lighter my hair feels, and the cut and layering looks great! Ashley also took time to put in some nice curls for style, and gave my make-up a touch-up at the end of our appointment. The salon is very clean and is in a great location downtown. I'm interested to go back next time to get a pedicure and manicure as well. Refreshments are offered at the beginning of appointments. The salon uses Davines products for hair care, which are all-natural and smell great. I purchased the Oi All In One Hair Milk that is great for heat protection and blow-drying. Would highly recommend this salon!
