If you pay 85$ for a perm and it doesn't take Because it's not done right I think they should do something to try to help the situation instead of blaming your hair texture and then trying to charge you for a haircut and another perm to fix it and I'm talking about one particular person. Not all of the lady's... bottom line if you are going to get a perm, I would definitely go somewhere else.
