I had a really disappointing experience here yesterday . During my appointment, the technician drilled too far under my nail and cut the skin underneath. I told her right away that it hurt, but she still put my hand under the UV light, which made it burn and sting even more. That felt really careless and uncomfortable. The service also took way longer than expected. I had an early appointment, but it still took about 2 hours just to shape and apply color, which shouldn't take that long. I also clearly asked for yellow almond Gel X nails multiple times. She nodded like she understood, but then just shaped my natural nails into an almond shape and painted them instead.
