‼REVOKED LICENSE AND DOT REGISTRATION!! DO NOT USE!!‼
    Miss P.

Update! Another amazing reviewer was a lot smarter than me and put an AirTag in one of her boxes and found where they were holding our stuff (and all the other reviewers stuff!!). Lo and behold, there's our stuff, taped with bright red tape so it's easily identifiable! There's also a wood headboard in the photo that isn't mine, but it was delivered to us along with a box of baby blankets. If these are your items, I still have them! Please message me so we can figure out how to get them back to you!! On a desperate note, we are missing a few boxes as well. One of them has a PS5 in it that my son saved every penny to buy, and I can't afford to get him a new one. I would have if I RELOCATE YOU didn't hold my stuff hostage for almost $18k total. At least the DOT revoked their license. But if you're trying to get reimbursed, don't count on it. They don't answer a single call.

Never move anything from this company. At moment of finalizing the deal, they will agree for all things like package , safe and guranteed delivery on time. Once deal is done and your stuff is picked up, they don't do proper packaging and all stuff is damaged. They have no own truck,,, they are keeping stuff more 2 months. Every time I was calling saying waiting for truck to come. They picked my stuff on 26 June 2024 and delivered to me by Aug 03 after thousand of calls. They damage my items and lost 4 bags with worth of $3000 and there insurance company MovingClaims giving me $95 for for my lost and damaged item. I have donated $95 to them for worst service. It look like these guys are fraud , never do any kind business with them. The best idea is to get U-Haul and carry with yourself. If there is option of 0 rating, these guys deserve for less than 0 rating.

I had placed an AirTag in a box before they picked up the load.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!! 1. MISLEADING - I was told the move would take 5-7 days. It took 28 days. 2. NEGLIGENT - No receipt or contract received upon pick up. Days later after requesting the documentation, pages were missing and never forwarded. 3. DECEPTIVE - I was falsely informed 4 times that the truck will be loaded "tomorrow" and arrive for delivery in 2-3 days. 4. UNPROFESSIONAL - Throughout the month of delay I made 38 calls to several phone numbers attached to the business. They only answered once. After they realized I had found their warehouse location, I received 4 calls. 5. UNETHICAL PRACTICES/HOSTAGE - An AirTag I had placed in a box led me to the warehouse location: 13432 Raymer St. North Hollywood, CA. 91605 What I saw was disgusting! (See attached photos) Hundreds of boxes piled high, mattresses, furniture and random household items haphazardly stacked in piles outdoors. A worker proceeded to call his boss, who in turn called me with additional false promises of delivery. 6. CONTRACT VIOLATION - On day 27 I received a call from a subcontractor, not affiliated with "I Relocate You", that announced he would arrive tomorrow with my load and needed an all cash payment. "I Relocate You" never provided me with notice regarding change of required payment. This request was contrary to the initial contract agreement. On day 28 I received the load with some damaged items, some missing items, and some items that didn't even belong to me. This ordeal was an expensive, stressful nightmare that no one should have to experience. At this time, they have not offered any financial compensation for being deceptive, negligent, misleading, and corrupt. I plan to file reports/complaints/reviews with: Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration, National Consumer Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, California Attorney General's Office, Better Business Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS ON THEIR PROFESSIONAL LOOKING WEBSITE!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!

    Unloaded items

Stay away!!! This company is deceptive, dishonest and negligent. When Omar came with his crew to take our things, he said our packing job was the best he'd ever seen. Our things were packed and taken with three hours. They were then unloaded at their California warehouse until they had a truck headed to Florida. Two weeks later (I had to call them) we were told our items might be headed out soon. The only positive I can give about the experience was the driver who delivered our items. He does not work for the company and was as appalled as we were at how our items were packed in his truck. Six wardrobe/clothing boxes were on the bottom of piles. 12 of our totes were smashed. An office chair was missing a wheel, two filing cabinets were extremely dented, an antique chair was smashed, Yoder smoker missing parts, ladder and turkey fryer completely missing. We reached out about the damage and lost items and were referred to their "insurance" company. After lengthy paperwork, photographs and submission, they offered us $85. Our damage/ loss was closer to $800 so we refused and were told there's nothing further that could be done. No one from the company returns emails or phone calls. While we're out for the damage and missing items, it's more the deception that gets us. Complaints filed with BBB and FTC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We recently used this company for our move, and overall, our experience was excellent. From start…read moreto finish, the crew was professional, hardworking, and incredibly careful with our belongings. Every piece of furniture was meticulously wrapped and protected, and they treated both our old and new home with respect. They were friendly, personable, and worked efficiently all day. We had just installed brand new carpet in our new home, so we mentioned that to the head mover before they arrived. We weren't sure how shoe covers would work since the crew would constantly be going back and forth between the truck and the house. He reassured us that he would figure something out once they got there. When they arrived, he came up with a great solution: two movers stayed outside unloading from the truck while two movers remained inside the house receiving and placing everything. The two movers inside even asked if we preferred they wear shoe covers or simply remove their shoes and work in their socks. We told them socks were perfectly fine. I really appreciated that they asked instead of assuming, and I thought the coordination between the crew was genuinely impressive. It showed they were willing to adapt and find a solution that protected our new floors. What also stood out to me were the little things they didn't have to do. At one point, they saw me struggling to open our wardrobe boxes after they had been unloaded. Without me even asking, they came over, cut them open, and helped open them for me. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed they genuinely cared about making the move easier for us. Those kinds of thoughtful acts don't go unnoticed. The only reason I'm mentioning the following is because I think it's constructive feedback. At the end of the move, the head mover (who seemed to be the supervisor) asked how I wanted to pay the tip--cash, Zelle, or another method. I was a little confused because earlier in the day we had already given the crew $200 and told them to use it for lunch. When I mentioned that, he explained that the $200 was for lunch, then showed me examples of what other customers had tipped. He also shared that most customers tip at least $800, or about $200 per mover. I completely understand that tips are an important part of their income, and I genuinely felt this crew deserved to be rewarded for the outstanding job they did. We ended up tipping the crew very generously because we truly appreciated their hard work. Afterward, the head mover was sincerely appreciative and thanked us, explaining how much they rely on tips and how much it helps them. I appreciated his gratitude. However, discussing specific tip amounts and comparing them to what other customers give made me feel pressured and put on the spot. Everyone's financial situation and budget are different. Some customers may be able to give more, while others may not, and that's okay. A tip is ultimately optional and should be appreciated regardless of the amount. I believe it's best to let customers decide what they feel is an appropriate gratuity without comparisons or suggested amounts. Aside from that one interaction, the service itself was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

He even tried to upcharge me for the 4th mover but luckily I saved the quote that Alex gave me. Well it took 11.5 hours (not including their lunch break) with 4 movers and they still didn't move everything. We just had to stop the time because it was getting so late. 3 of the guys were nice and they did most of the work, but Eric was a bit pushy and was always on his phone or going on a break. They took too many breaks (lasting 15-20 min each) and their lunch break was 2 hours. So they were off to a slow start in the morning. I really did not like that Eric tried to convince me to go to Home Depot to buy more moving boxes because they didn't have enough. As a moving company, you should have enough boxes. They were careful with my stuff, wrapping everything very carefully, but they were slow. They didn't clean anything up after they were done, left their cans, bottles, runner paper throughout the house. All in all, they were okay. Just really slow. This job should not have taken 11.5 hours

From start to finish, the move took just under 5 hours. They made the move fun and packed while playing some old school jams! They used blankets and plastic wrap around furniture for extra padding. Not a single item was damaged! They even lower the dolly very gently when unloading boxes. They packed everything like Tetris masters into the 26ft truck and made it 1 trip.
