Brian did a good job coordinating the estimate and logistics, which included getting his crew and truck from south Sacramento to the Bay Area early enough to get packed, back to Rocklin, set up furniture in the apartment and drop off the equivalent of 12 large boxes at a storage facility, all by 7 pm. To do this, he recommended adding a 3rd person to the crew, which ended up being essential for success. On the day of the move, the crew left promptly at 7 am. They communicated on arrival at 9:15 when they departed, but traffic issues pushed the arrival to 10:15. They overcame this with the additional crew member, and were loaded up by 12:30 and on their way back to Rocklin. We found NO damage to any of the items. The entire move was well organized, with a crew that was polite, and personable. We heartily recommend this company.

I used Yelp to get several quotes and I picked Sacramento Brothers because they had the best quote and quick communication. They showed up the day of the move on time and got right to work. The truck was packed before I knew it without incident. I was also leaving a couple things behind and they were thoughtful enough to move them downstairs for me. They showed up at the new place quickly and started unloading ASAP. I had leaf a couple things I needed across town so I left them to it. By the time I got back they were finished. They quoted me a 3 hour minimum and finished just before 3 hours. They didn't try to pad the time at all and the bill was exactly what they quoted me. Then I got sick with kidney stones that forced me to rest. I decided I needed help and called the owner. He sent 3 employees who came to my old apartment in South Natomas. I've never used movers before, so I stacked all my heavy, heavy bins, one large book case/shelf, my queen mattress, lots of clothing, my dresser I've had for 20+ years, my son's tiny dresser, and other miscellaneous items. They were very thoughtful and communicative. I felt so bad knowing that they arrived to the new townhouse apartment that is 3 floors inside and they managed through heavy and light to carry everything up and down. Truly, I am grateful for the 3 that came today. They even kept light spirits with jokes with 4th and 5th floors! They were also courteous and took photos of any bumps in the home prior to loading. The apartment townhouse did have a small chip from the paint prior moving in. If I move within the state again locally, I will definitely request their services. Also, I paid via Venmo. They accept multiple types of payments. My goal is to move one county over into El Dorado County. Highly recommend!!!

We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath and lots of heavy furniture (traeger smoker, liquor cabinet, table with 6 chairs, TV stand, dressers, etc) and 40+ boxes to move. From start to finish, the move took just under 5 hours. They made the move fun and packed while playing some old school jams! They used blankets and plastic wrap around furniture for extra padding. Not a single item was damaged! They even lower the dolly very gently when unloading boxes. They packed everything like Tetris masters into the 26ft truck and made it 1 trip. When unloading at the new house, they confirmed where we wanted each box and piece of furniture unloaded. I had a move to a pod service that gave me a 4 hour window and could only tell me 1 hour in advance when it would be arriving; Travis was extremely flexible and made sure he and his team were prepared for whatever time the pod would arrive. His moving team was extremely friendly, efficient and communicative, as well. A lot of the move did not go as planned, due to the original storage location owners being super unhelpful and unfriendly, and me realizing that a number of things simply had to go to junk disposal due to damage in the original location. As result Travis' team had to move the items by hand to the curb outside the storage facility. They also technically had to unload and reload 3 times, but they did it with a kind nod and smile and understood that it wasn't my fault. Pacific Moving Company purchases contracts from other moving companies without notice or…read morecommunication and then does their "own measurements" upon arrival and charges double what was in the contract they purchased in order to meet their bottom line. They purchased my contract from Royal Moving, did not contact me, tried to push my move date back and then showed up an entire day late and charged me an extra $1000 saying I had almost double what I inventoried in my original contract, despite the measurements I provided to the company who wrote my contract. They did not offer any compensation for their late driver and tried to tell me I was lucky they were driving directly to my destination because they could have taken up to 21 days, even though I will now be without my things for multiple extra days.

The day before the move she called to let me know something was preventing the trailer from getting to us but that they'd provide two trucks (more room) no charge instead. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They wrapped our items well as promised, packed the truck thoughtfully, and worked hard. They showed up on time and delivered on time.
