He claimed my house would keep breaking down without it. I don't know a single neighbor with a $25,000 unit in their home. Even worse, they wanted the $25k upfront with a 4-day wait for installation while my family sat in the heat! When I complained on a 'recorded line,' the supervisor just gave me a 'wow membership' credit instead of resolving my issue, promised to escalate it to her boss, and then vanished.
