We wanted to get a water refill service and also our previous empty jugs recycled since it was taking up too much space in our office. Four Seasons delivered and they showed up on time and communicated when they would come. Right after they showed up our previous water supplier came and it surprised us because they didn't confirm delivery. They charged us because Four Seasons helped us to recycle the jugs. I called Four Seasons again and explained the situation to Ryan who got right on it and helped us retrieve the empty jugs and brought it back to our office. He went above and beyond and did everything without making a big deal about it. That kind of service does not go unrecognized. Overall I am happy we switched.
