The lady owner is very professional. She took over ownership about 4 years ago. It's been a while since I've written a review, but I highly recommend this place for your water needs including water jugs. It's a self serve water refill place (regular or alkaline water), but I came here to get my kangen water system deep cleaned and to get a new filter for it. She did an amazing job! She also cleansed out a 2.5 gallon water jug that was "dirty" with calcium buildup complimentary and gave me alakaline water while my system was getting cleansed! Hannah is the best! I didn't want to pay someone to fix my RO system and figured it wouldn't be too difficult to do it myself. I read a lot of stuff online and bought some parts off Amazon, but still couldn't get my tank to fill up with water. Hannah explained some of the components, helped me troubleshoot my system, got me the correct parts needed and I was finally able to get my problem fixed after installing everything. Hannah is the woman who operates this water store. She has the popular "Kangen" water, in multiple alkaline levels. I have gotten 7.0 & 9.50. Hannah also has a larger dispenser that has 10.0 alkaline water, too. She sell a large assortment of BPA free water containers. I purchased my 5 gallon home dispenser here as well as my 1 gallon jug. I also bought my wooden water jug stand from Hannah. She put it together for me. Hannah is very courteous. She patiently gave me some insight as to what the different Alkaline levels mean. First of all, I love this place. Fresh Water Center is a great place to get good water. It's a tiny gem and easy to miss since it's so hidden from the street in the shopping center. . I'm a bit ashamed to say that my family used to constantly buy water bottles, but eventually decided to invest in a more cost saving way to drink water and stop being wasteful. It's less a mile from my house and I come here couple times a week. My family used to go to another place that was more expensive and their water just tasted really weird, a little bitter. However, now that we come to Fresh Water Center instead, we get water with great quality and don't pay as much as we used to in comparison. Rude. My brother normally a refills the gallon-sized jugs but I went today with mom. Years ago, there was a friendly man who 1) rinsed out the jugs, 2) filled them up and 3) put them in our car. All with a smile on his face. Cheerful man. Today I encountered this current owner who told us to do it ourselves but he will load the car for us. Understandable. self-serve. BUT he is RUDE. I've never had to run the faucets all at once before (we probably had like 5-6 jugs of various sizes running at once) so I unfortunately did not time everything correctly and two of then overflowed. The guy comes over to me, reprimanding me for letting the water overflow in a condescending tone. I replied I've never done this before. He said now when we carry it it'll get your shirt wet, "Try it and see." What?! Isn't that why you have towels around? To wipe spills?? I didn't even bother loading the cart to help, I let him carry as that is all he is willing to do for his customers. I mean if he were pleasant in his demeanor I wouldn't mind doing all of that. But he wasn't. He needs to learn some customer service skills. read more
