Sure it can feel intimidating trying something new but you quickly realize it is self-paced. You aren't trying to keep up with anyone but yourself and no one is watching to see where you're at. This is far from an elitist group and I love seeing people from all different walks of life at different points of their fitness journeys. In 3 months I have lost 20lbs and 11% body fat. My BMI went from overweight to healthy and my goal is to maintain that. I have 5 kids under the age of 5 and want to be a good role model for them, and for any moms out there that you can still be healthy and strong during pregnancy and motherhood!

They have an outdoor and an indoor cafe that has high quality ingredients and food, truly making it so you could spend your whole day here. On top of the workout classes, expansive gym, pools that make you feel like you are no longer in Omaha- but somewhere more tropical they also have a great workspace if you are looking to make a meeting right after a workout. They have a clean, well maintained locker room that allows you to shower and get ready for your day here as well. Life Time is truly like my second home. Perfect day: yoga, steam room and sauna, cafe for a protein packed smoothie, get comfortable in their work space and get power through some projects, pool with a book and a slushie, shower off and go home. Unfortunately, my experience changed due to a situation involving a spin instructor that deeply impacted my personal life. This situation made the gym feel uncomfortable and no longer like the safe space it once was for me and my family. What has been most disappointing is how everything was handled. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and ultimately I was the one who had to leave and cancel my membership after many years. I understand that personal situations can be complex, but when they affect members' comfort and trust, I believe they should be handled with greater care and accountability. Because of this experience, I would encourage others to carefully consider what kind of environment they're looking for when choosing a gym.

I paid for 12 months unlimited gym (until May 2019) but I don't want to have bad vibes from this place anymore so I quit and now go exercise at Prairie Life Fitness and Genesis Club. I simply don't want anything to do with this business anymore. -- updated post -- Within one hour of this post, Aaron McKim, the President of Great vibrations sent me a bill via email for $150, saying the charge is for 6 late/no shows at $25 per incident. I always on time and early, Yoga instructor cancelled my class while I am on my way to the class, because I was the only one signed up! How low is this? Do you want to do business with this company???? -- second updated post -- When I reply to the billing, I added Ann Rollag, his business partner (I used to take her early morning classes) and I asked for the dates. Aaron McKim replied my email with this nasty attitude, very unprofessional: "You will need to contact billing not me not Ann. Please refrain from wasting mine or my staffs time with billing issues or there will be additional charges!" He will charge me because I email him for the late/no shows dates? Do you want to waste your time and energy with this business????

I replied to a text "stop" (thinking they were automated anyway), and I got a text back stating "don't reach out to us then" or something to that degree. What kind of service does that? Just stop with the texts, no need to be an a-hole to a stranger you no nothing about. Definitely dodged a bullet- that text showed me all I need to know.

I had been consistently working out 5-6 days a week for nearly 10 yrs... I owned a gym franchise location in town... fitness was my life. I sold the gym in 2018... and... just stopped. Stopped working out, stopped eating clean. In those 2 yrs I have started and stopped workout plans and diets... was just so hard getting back to it. In 2020... working from home really excelled the inactivity. I had a knee injury, ankles were always sore... My body was telling me it was time. Enter Core 10.
