I will not go to the post office and send a certified letter to cancel a service when it can be done right there in there presence. When your contract ends, you still have to go to the post office and send a certified letter with a return receipt. You'll be locked in until you send that letter through the post office. Customer service is decent, but they need to work on training when gaining new customers. The equipment is really old and outdated, but they do have every machine you can think of. Hopefully all the bad reviews will encourage them to change their practices.
