I should have listened to the reviews from my fellow yelpers! I would definitely NOT come back. I was and am still in search of a closer threading location near me. Again, no such luck. So let's start with pros: Clean with courteous staff. They seemed thorough while threading my eyebrows. They did give me a nice eyebrow shape. Cons: *i told them to keep my shape and that I just needed a clean up. She made one eyebrow thinner than the other. Her comment was, one brow is thinner than the other... *in my almost 10 years of threading, I have never been cut before! NEVER! I ended up with three cuts on the right brow and two on the left! I texted my friend to let her know what happened. Her advice was to keep on going to my regular place even though it's at least 30-40 minutes away from me. At least I leave with good eyebrows and no cuts. read more

My eyebrows look awesome! I go to the nail place behind this place and decided I was sick of driving to Westminster every time I needed to have my eyebrows done... Thanks to Yelp and all these lovely ladies' reviews I decided to give this place a shot! The place I have been going to for a couple of years had recently seemed to be doing my brows differently than they had before, which I did not like, and I was very nervous to try anywhere else but decided that if I'm going to pay money for a service, I deserve to go somewhere that makes me happy! Although the woman I went to didn't seem overly friendly, she did do an amazing job!!! My brows are exactly as they should be, and she did it without even having to ask... I'm going to say she's all business while doing your brows, but does seem to be more pleasant when she's done and taking your payment... Which by the way is a great price! $9.00 for your eyebrows only. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends! The only reason I gave a 4/5 was because of her lack of friendliness upon first meeting and while in the chair which is very important to me... LOVE THIS PLACE! I used to live in Beverly Hills and paid $25 with a $5 tip for the same thing I get here for $9 with a $3 tip. The lady that always does my eyebrows is great. She is a little bit older and knows her stuff. The first time I came in there, my eyebrows were in a pretty bad shape. She managed to fix them in a couple of visits. First time I had been to (eye)IThreading a week ago. The place was clean and fine interior decoration. I waited in a queue for about 10 minutes watching Hindi songs in their TV. The lady who did my eye threading politely asked me to sit on chair. She made my eyebrow very nice and without any hurt feeling- no rush no pain at all. 10 minutes passed so fast and when finished I found a new look of my eye. I highly recommend this place. Great place! Arun was polite and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door. She was with another customer but I waited less than 5 minutes for my turn. Honestly, I was anxious to try threading again. I haven't had it done since I moved to HB from LV 5 years ago; don't worry I wax ;). After a friend of mine mentioned threading almost 2 years ago, I decided to finally try it! I came on here to look for a good place but my friend said to go to I-Threading (she mentioned the lady being Indian and apparently they are the best? *shrug*) and I'm very pleased! I have always had a ton of peach fuzz so I decided to try a full face threading and it went very well! There were a few times when it was very painful but it would only last for a few seconds and then it was over. It took less than 20 minutes for the entire thing and I got nice baby-ass smooth skin! I am very pleased and I will never get waxed again! Prices: Eyebrows - 9 Upper Lip - 5 Forehead - 5 Chin - 5 Neck - 5 Cheeks - 12 Sides (I'm guessing they mean sideburns) - 12 Full Face - 30 I got 20% off and even give you a punch card! This place can be tricky to find, it's "behind" Cherry on Top in the crook of the L formation of the little strip. To the left of What-A-Lotta Pizza. Also, the pace was empty when I got there but 3 people showed up within 10 minutes! I had called earlier in the day and I don't think she gets too much business because all she said was "okay, come in anytime!" so I think it might be a chance thing. read more

I've been looking for a good threading place that's a little closer to me, as the one I usually go to is in Long Beach. I saw the reviews for this place & decided to give it a try. I'm really glad I did. The lady that did my eyebrows (I can't remember her name) was extremely gentle but fast. A lot of threading experiences have been far too painful for my taste. But honestly, this time it really didn't hurt. When she was done with the first eyebrow, she had me look first to make sure I was happy before she moved on. I will definitely be back. read more

So disappointed! There wasn't anyone waiting in line after me, and it was a good couple of hours before they were going to close up shop, so I don't understand why she rushing. And she was so rough! She left a trail of scars underneath my eyebrow near my left eye. She did, however, threaded my lower lip and forehead for free. This was before I complained...I think she knew what happened when it happened and felt bad and proceeded to thread other parts of my face. So I still gave a good amount for tip. This place is a hit or miss...I always come for a walk in during my lunch breaks and there is never a wait. But also, I've never learned anyone's names.....they don't introduce themselves or really greet you. You just come, put your name and the service you need, and they take you to the seat. PROS: *Very clean!!! *Rarely ever a wait. The most I've waited was 10 minutes. *Whenever I get my upper lip threaded at other places, it gets irritated. I've never had any problems here. *$9 for eyebrows (average price) CONS: *Pretty impersonal. I wouldn't have a problem with it but I come here pretty often and I still don't know anyone's names. *Because of that, the threading I get can be inconsistent from visit to visit since I can't request. I also always forget to ask at the end... *If you like your brows thick, make sure you EMPHASIZE several times.. ****I've had a time where I left with one eyebrow thinner than the other. This pissed me off for weeks, and this is because I requested her to fix this but it still came out noticeably uneven. Not okay on their part. Honestly, I need to stop going to this place. One of the worst threading experiences. I said I just wanted a "clean up". Instead my eyebrows were made pencil thin and it hurt a lot more than other places. I had no choice but to wait months for them to grow in. I guess all the 5 star reviews are for people who like pencil thin brows. read more

Threading artists really have to work magic to transform my awkward, sparse, and coarse brows. I have frequented this threading salon many times before and I have always had a good experience here. It's clean, the ladies are friendly and efficient so I never have to wait too long. I don't bother asking for a particular artist anymore; I have found that I get slightly different (great) results each time I get my brows threaded here or anywhere thus far. I guess it's difficult to make my brows look any crazier than they already are. I do wish that I asked for the name of my threading artist today; I try to use natural products when possible so I typically opt out of the after-lotions and gels. Today, I opted in for the lotion and had an amazing massage to go with my clean newly-threaded brows. read more

I really like this place. They are so nice and do a really good job. This is family owned and operated. Usually only 2 people are working, most of the time I don't wait because of the times I go. Service was quick, even though there was only one technician. The process wasn't any more or less painful than usual, but I started to get concerned when she repeated the threading in several spots. And when all was said and done, I was left with several small scars/scabs/bumps. Took a couple of weeks to heal, so I was glad I have bangs to cover them up! read more

I can't even review their threading services since I wasn't even able to get in. I arrived at about 3 and signed in, and seeing that there were no seats available in the waiting area, I sat outside. There was only one employee in the entire store, and I ended up leaving after waiting for 40 minutes since I had another appointment I needed to get to. Wonderful place. It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. Is small and can be hard to find. After reading the yelp reviews I decided to go here since its close to home. There was a cheerful girl at the front desk and the threader did an amazing job. It is a weird sensation but you get used to it. I was so pleased when I saw my brows. They were shaped nicely and cleaned up. It was only $9 and she said to come back every 3 weeks and they have a stamp card. I'll definitely go here again and recommend it to others. read more
