Been into the store a few times and the owner is super nice and he said that I could take back a cigarette making machine if it didn't work if I kept the packaging nice and neat and I did the next day because it didn't work it was very frustrating but I picked up another one a metal one and it made a perfect cigarette the first time smoking is not good for your health but if you're going to Smoke it's far better make your own because it's really expensive and you can buy the empty tubes being a filter and paper already done for you add tobacco. it's about $10 - $20 versus I don't know how much it is now like $60 carton so makes perfect sense. Is there a negative star review!? Not sure if it was the owner or employee but I went to purchase a vape pen and asked about different models. There was a customer waiting that knew what he wanted so I said please go first. The owner/employee said he couldn't leave me with the pen I was asking questions about and took it away. I told him I'm probably going to buy it but he walked away and sold the cigarettes to the other customer then told me to f off. I will never support a business like this. He's lucky I'm not in my twenties any longer, he would have gotten more than a bad review on Yelp. read more

Saturday, August 1, 2015 - My boyfriend and I was in the area and he wanted to buy a cigar. I looked up the closest smoke shop near us and this place came up. We drove to the place and it was closed. Hours displayed on the door said they closed at 8pm on Saturdays and we were there around 6:15pm. No note was left at the door that explained why they were closed early. Disappointing. read more

Bought a $30 disposable vape that was supposed to deliver 2600 puffs. I tested in the store, but after 2 days the light started blinking and the battery died.. I only got maybe 100 puffs out of 2600. I went back to the store to see if they could work with me as, though I tested in the store, the vape stopped working shortly after. I'm a very regular customer that drops about $100 there at very least, twice a month. While I was there to see if they would work with me on the faulty product so I didn't lose $30, I was also there to drop close to $800 on a electric dab set up. Well, they refused to work with me at all with th dysunctional project or come to any sort of comprises and...they blamed me for not coming in sooner, I work over forty hours a week, and told me I was just out the money...so, I took my business elsewhere and bought an $800 dollar machine at Lake City Smoke instead. Unfortunately for City Smoke, they lost a lot of money, a regular customer, and a good spender simply because they wouldn't work with me on a $30 pen...so I hope the $30 they saved is worth the the $740 they lost on top of all the money I spent their regularly as I will not take my business there again. Tip for the owner, maybe work with your regulars and the people that spend a lot of money there instead of treat them like there trying to pull one over on you when there not. I will be referring my friends and clients to Lake City smoke shop as they have better selection, more reasonable people willing to work with you even if you tested in the store and it worked, but malfunctions soon after, and honor returns on faulty products with receipt. Prices are ok a good selection of all smoking stuff from cigars to vaping grab a bite of pizza next door while your at it. I like the location when I'm comming from seattle but heading the other way not as much and parking could use some work. read more

Jin and her husband were so helpful when my boyfriend and I went to buy new glassware and such. She knew everything there was to know about bongs, bowl pieces, nails, etc. When we were talking to her we found out she just had a baby, and her and her husband take care of the shop.
