Serial # is required for registration. the LV34 Module was mounted under my trolling motors recessed foot controller box, which now has a crossover bar with a 126SV monitor mounted on it. I have to take everything apart that was installed to take a photo of this serial #. I would think they would want this information for the install so they can keep up with what they installed. The quoted price was much lower than the final installed price. Get everything in writing and ask for serial numbers prior to them installing.

When I brought this to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or even just listening respectfully, the staff became immediately defensive and accused me of causing the damage. Not only was there no apology, but their attitude was rude and unprofessional. They showed zero accountability, and it was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. I understand mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what separates the good ones from the bad. Unfortunately, Auto Glass Plus failed miserably in that regard. Additionally, since they prefer to communicate through text I have receipts. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their vehicle or expects basic customer service.

Well, mostly my grandson because he gets to ride what I bought. It was a gift to him. But I was still a very happy customer! We just moved to Kentucky in February 2021. We live in Brownsville. The first week we were here, my grandson called all around to research who had what bikes. He said that he'd found what he wanted at Fun For All Motorsports in E-town. It was an hour away, but it was well worth the trip. My grandson went in first to verify the deal. I was a bit hobbled, so stayed in the car until he let me know all was well. He came out and notified me that he was going to the shop for them to show him some things about the bike, so I went in to pay. Lori, the owner, had already made my grandson feel right at home. She did the same with me. She and I chatted quite a while. My grandson came back into the showroom a bit later and was wearing a beautiful helmet that matched his bike. I asked him if he wanted that to be part of the purchase of his new bike? He replied, "No! Lori just gave it to me!" Call me skeptical. I asked her about it. I was sure it was just a current promotion: Buy a bike, get a helmet. But no, Lori said she really did just give it to him. She liked him and was excited for him, so it was a gift from her heart. Oh man - BIG goose bumps! That was an amazing thing for a business owner to do. You can be sure that if I ever need something else that she sells, I will be going back. What great customer service! Now I am not a mechanic, I am guessing here what's need to be done and as long as I had my car, I haven't gotten a tune up. So I figured that is what is needed. When I asked about it, they said they will have the mechanic look at it. They took my car back and waited for a couple of hours. Finally my car was done. However, no one came and talked to me about my car of what's going on. When I finally was called up to the desk to pay, I had to ask her what they did, and she has to read the paper and all they did was change my spark plugs. My car has been running fine since, but still would have been nice to know if that was all or any other issue I need to be concerned about or get fix soon. I'll consider them possible next time depending on the issue.
