I live in the St Louis area but decided to drive to Kentucky to get my 2020 Bass Cat Pantera Classic from Mark Miller Marine based on their reviews. Turns out it was well worth the drive. Kathy handled all the financing and paperwork, warranty info, sales tax, etc. She was very easy to work with and made the purchase part so easy. She explained everything throughout the process so there were no surprises. The boat itself is beautiful and runs like a dream. It was stored indoors so there was no weather wear or sun damage as I did purchase this in July 2020. There were a couple minor things that needed to be replaced but I had no problems doing that. I didn't have to go back to Kentucky for anything as they handled everything on my behalf. Mark and his team were very professional and helpful. They helped us with everything and resolved all items easily and promptly. We paid a fair price and have gotten excellent service. I would highly recommend Mark Miller Marine to anyone considering purchasing a Bass Cat. They were very knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with our purchase. We drove down to buy our new Bennington Pontoon from MMM because they were several thousand cheaper than anywhere else in KY, IN, or TN for the same model and year boat. Then when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find MMM's boat had four upgrades that the other boats we had been looking at did not. The boat was titled and ready in a flash. Easy as can be! Within just a few minutes he was able to tell me what was wrong with my Boat ( which was good news). Instead of trying to up charge me and pad the bill he gave me a fair and fairly low bill to fix my boat. He didn't string things out either. He said he could be back in 1 or 2 days with the parts needed. His hourly labor rate is a bit below the regional average. I will sing my praises of him to anyone needed a striaght up guy who does good work.

I spent over $16,000 on a reman. Engine for my M5 BMW. I had problems with it from the time I…read morepicked it up. I drove it to Louisville and ended up with a smoking, leaking car, dead in Oxmoor Malls parking lot. I immediately called the shop. Was told they would look at it but I would have to pay to tow it back to them...even though this is covered work under their "garauntee" and warranty given for the motor work. I paid $400 to tow it back to them. Upon inspection, they found that the water pump had not been installed and secured back to the frame after the motor install and this led to it breaking in the journey to Louisville. I have called these people multiple times I've spoken with multiple people. I have received pushback on everything except for giving them money. They did not stand behind their warranty and they did not fix the car. I am now having to buy a new car because not only is the engine light still on, but the car still does not run, months later. I highly discourage anyone from taking a vehicle to these people to have any work done they will steal your money and leave you with the remnants. I am sure they're gonna have plenty to say about this. If you have questions message me I have Receipts text messages and phone calls. Do not give these people your money.

Checked car out carefully, re-filled antifreeze, test drove long enough to verify working and called me to pick up. @$11.00 bill - turned out a prior mechanic in Louisville had left radiator cap loose and pressure caused loss of antifreeze. Could have been awful, but instead a positive. Thx much to these folks.
