The slides were a lot of fun, and the splash areas kept everyone entertained for hours. My only disappointment was the lazy river. I was expecting to relax and float, but there weren't any tubes allowed, so everyone was just walking through it. It kind of took away from the whole "lazy river" experience. Overall, it's still a great place to spend a summer afternoon with the family. If they added floats to the lazy river, it would easily be a five-star experience!

WG Aquatic is best of the ATL aquatic center options we've experienced through the past decade. Two pool areas, including competition swim/dive areas, allow for team competitions and practices. Space abounds for personal workouts and lessons as well. While you're here for water sport, take a deep breath (above water) and notice the fresh air! WG Aquatic has figured out we mostly prefer oxygen to chlorine, and their fresh air system (not the official name) works. Spacious shower/changing rooms and roomy pool decks allow you some elbow room, and the upper-deck stands give spectators a great vantage point to see their favorite swimmer shave a second off that PR. The secondary pool area is a little warmer and gives space for personal workouts while the main lanes are hosting team practices. And regardless you'll have year-round swim options here. If we didn't live in the hinterlands across the city, we'd enjoy frequenting for water adventures.

My turns booked it but said there are various options to the games you could choose. We did the Family Feud style game, Fill in the Blank, corn hole and flip cups. My team was losing until flip cups lol. We came back and won the battle lol! My husband said he enjoyed it and would do it again & that he had more fun than he expected. That's a win in & of itself! lol Please bring cash or have Cash App to tip your host and game tech advisor person; I forgot the title lol. They make your game show battle experience fun! The restrooms were clean. They sell water, soft drinks, some beer, seltzers, and maybe wine and sports drinks. I don't think I saw any food for sell. It's all about the game show battles anyway! When we arrived we were offered beer and wine. Then the game hosts came and introduced themselves and provided instructions. We played several different games like wheel of fortune, family feud, and price is right. We had so much fun. After the games we returned into the first room and had food. I originally stopped by in search of pottery classes--and was delighted to find not only that they offer them, but also that a new session begins on October 13th. In addition, there's a Fall Break Art Camp for grades 2-5, where children will experiment with a range of media including watercolor, acrylics, and collage. As I walked through the space, I was able to watch artists at work and enjoy the current gallery exhibits on display. The atmosphere was inspiring and welcoming. Adult fall classes--running October 6th through December 13th--are also available, covering both visual and ceramic arts. Each class is taught by individual instructors, making it approachable for students of all levels. Best of all, online registration makes it simple to sign up. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that such a wonderful resource has been right in my neighborhood all along. It was a great experience, and I've already registered for pottery classes--something I'm really excited about!
