My husband drops off my daughter at practice 8 minutes early. There are 8 young gymnasts on the floor and 3 coaches. 2 coaches are sleeping and the other is texting. Nobody is watching the kids! My husband is nervous about leaving our daughter snaps some photos and complains about the lack of supervision. I call the co-owner to complain as well. The head coach of the gym then sends me NOT my husband this text on my personal cell! He said his coaches were on break until 2 when class started. Break should end once children have entered the gym after being dropped off and are now under your supervision. Coaches should also be napping in another room and not on the gym floor. Next, I found out the coach took our 7 year old daughter off of the floor. Tells her to grab her stuff and sit on the bleachers. Then sends her to the front of the gym. We found her pacing alone at the front of the gym in tears!!! She said she had been there for a long time! You do not do this to a child! If you prefer to pay full price for classes that end early, have coaches that will send your young children out of the gym before parents arrive, or love to have your children around sleeping/texting/eating coaches then this gym is for you! If you even bother complaining to anyone other than the head coach who is never there (don't complain to the co-owner or anyone else), you will probably receive disgusting messages or even get yelled at by the HEAD COACH himself! Be mindful that if you do decide to pay for your commitment fees, uniform fees, etc. and the head coach has disrespected you as a loyal customer, then you will not get your money back! Think twice before you make an investment. I would not recommend this gym to ANYONE!

After talking with ms Shakira she informed me that it would be fine for me to send payment on Wednesday morning and I can continue to bring my daughter so I can work. I get a call from the same teacher on Tuesday morning at 7:00am stating that I can't bring my daughter in until they receive payment ! Our child's class was also moved for two weeks into a younger classroom that felt overcrowded for that age mix. For a toddler who needs routine, that level of churn was disruptive. When the second lead resigned abruptly, we chose to withdraw. The school enforced a 45-school-day withdrawal clause, effectively billing families for two school months after notice. Hard to reconcile was the asymmetry: families must guarantee 45-school-days of tuition, yet leadership at times appeared to give staff as little as one week's notice of termination; in other cases, staff were listed as "on vacation" and didn't return. Whether that reflects limited loyalty from management toward staff or low staff loyalty to the workplace, it ultimately points to a management-level failure to foster a supportive environment that keeps staff committed--while families are asked to shoulder the cost of the resulting staffing and retention issues via the 45-school-day policy. If you visit the school, ask detailed questions about current turnover, staffing ratios, contingency plans, and how the 45-school-day policy is applied when staffing changes disrupt a classroom.

Space abounds for personal workouts and lessons as well. While you're here for water sport, take a deep breath (above water) and notice the fresh air! WG Aquatic has figured out we mostly prefer oxygen to chlorine, and their fresh air system (not the official name) works. Spacious shower/changing rooms and roomy pool decks allow you some elbow room, and the upper-deck stands give spectators a great vantage point to see their favorite swimmer shave a second off that PR. The secondary pool area is a little warmer and gives space for personal workouts while the main lanes are hosting team practices. And regardless you'll have year-round swim options here. If we didn't live in the hinterlands across the city, we'd enjoy frequenting for water adventures.
