The outside of my car was not 100% clean. Some windows roll down when you open the door--you need to clean that portion of the glass when you hand the car to the customer. What's annoying is that they readjusted the seat, removed dashcam cabling because they needed to clean the dash. You know, you tuck away all the cables nicely, and then when you get the car back everything is hanging loosely? And best of all, they removed the wiper blades and then put them back on in the wrong order and one of them was loose. So here's a piece of advice: don't do those things.
