It's a car wash, not expecting too much. Just remember to remove your valuables before you go to any car wash. The hubby had to oversee them to ensure that they completely vacuumed the car and clean the interior otherwise the guys are slightly lazy and will do a half a** job. The line to get into the car wash is in a red bus lane. I wonder if people will get tickets from blocking the bus lane. Something to consider. read more

I wish I could give ZERO stars for this ripoff place. I paid for "The Works" that includes cleaning the car mats and they did nothing. When I pointed this out, he looked at me and said we don't clean mud off the mats and they in fact never even cleaned the interior at all. Well what do I need you for? This place is open 24/7. The waiting area is huge and very clean. But this is a no frills type car wash. Its $15 for exterior only and $20-30 for interior and exterior service. Its an assembly line and there's like 8 people who clean your car. Today I see a fingerprint on my mirror and dust on my dashboard where they missed a swipe. Last time I came there was bird poop still on my windshield. I typically will vacuum my car because they do a subpar job. The service is mediocre at best. TBH I've been lazy and I haven't been pressed to find a better car wash. my car is parked in the garage 90% of the time. Maybe next time I'll try a new place. read more

WORST CAR WASH SERVICE EVER. I wish I looked at Yelp before going to this car wash. I really missed the ball doing that. This was not a good service at all. I paid for a wash and extra trimmings with it. Not only did I have to make them pass the car back through the whole wash a second time, they also WET inside my trunk. Next door was a mechanic and I needed an inspection and because I'm a woman two men told me I would fail inspection because my tires looked like it needed replacing and he had to change ATLEAST two tires in order to pass my inspection. I said bye. I must be a fool. He was coming over to hook up the machine and then decided I needed tires. Give me a break, I wasnt born yesterday. This is probably why their establishment was empty. That day I wasn't in the mood or felt the need to tell them where they can shove it. But that is very wrong. Do not do that. They wouldn't have told a man that. I went somewhere else and was greeted well and respected and even had great conversation about my car and recommendations on something I told them I noticed about my car. Do not, I repeat - do not go here for an oil change. They are scammers and will try to convince you to do things that your car does not need. If you are a woman beware - they especially will pay on the pressure thinking we are stupid creatures who will just nod our heads to the most ridiculous suggestions. After I drop off my well maintained car for a simple oil change, a man comes running down the street to ask me to come back to talk to the "mechanic". The "mechanic" proceeds to tell me that I have to replace all my oil - that it is very dirty and shows me the oil. Despite the New York State law that says they must post prices that include credit card use, they continue to charge a 3% fee and don't care when you tell them. They don't seem to care about anything, actually. The floor mats are never placed right, the cad is never dried, and it usually needs another cleaning after they use their dirty rags. read more

I live down the block from this asshole car wash, and their customers back up constantly onto my block, and illegally hog up the bus lane on Church Ave, blocking public transit and honking constantly. They also do detailing work on Coney Island Ave, blocking the road when they have cars there, and leaving damaged, divoted pavement when they don't. They reopened and they do not disappoint! This place is a machine. There's always a line of cars waiting to get in, but it moves fast. I recently went to get my car detailed, and I swear- it looked brand new when I picked it up. Sayeed and Pierre are wonderful, they really went above and beyond. I rolled into Hollywood Car Wash this morning at 6 a.m. There was only one vehicle ahead of me at that hour which was great. I selected a basic wash and vacuum treatment. The washmen worked really quickly but they did miss a few spots on the inside. That's been happening to me quite often. I'm determined to find a full service car wash that doesn't skip out on cleaning the cup holders and the visor mirrors. Also, I need my tires to be painted with Armor All until they glisten in order to feel truly happy about the service. My tires are not glistening. read more

Couldn't find a better example of bad service, bad quality of work, and pick-and-choose pricing. I got a synthetic oil change. When the cost of a synthetic oil change changes every single time I go by a few dollars, and they're always trying to upcharge me for other services I don't ask for, it's easy to see what's going on. Amazing job. I paid for the full showroom detail, and they did not disappoint. I previously had my car washed here once or twice, and it was a great experience. Everyone is so efficient and nice. The showroom detail is spectacular. From under the hood, the tires, the exterior and interior. (Our dog got carsick so this was a must.) It wasn't a perfect detail, but it was 99% better than before. We keep our car relatively clean from what we have been told, and all-in, from the check-in to pickup, the detail lasted about 4.5 hours. We dropped it off just prior to 1pm. I came in for an oil change and got a free car wash. After the car wash I went into the car and the car stunk from vomit. The person before us came in for a car wash because somebody vomited in her car. Apparently being sanitary and clean is not the strong suit of this company because they must have used the same rags that they used to clean up the vomit. Pretty disgusting and gross!!!!. I went back to tell them and they told me that it does not smell and if I wanted them to clean it up I would have to pay. They are lazy and do not understand about customer service. I asked for a manager and they said that there is no manager there. When I saw that they were not helpful, I said I will give them a review online and started backing out. The service is terrible. The prices are reasonable but they don't fully clean your car. The guys in the beginning of the wash barely rinse and brush off the hard to remove dirt. When it's over they barely wipe the left over water from your car. They don't open your doors either. Bring your own rag and you have to it yourself. Total BS. It's 24/7 so if your desperate. Long line-even at 1pm, but it went pretty quickly. Nice, large car wash with all the other stuff, too: detailing, lube, etc. it has a huge indoor store with everything from car mats, cleaning supplies and many, many air fresheners, to snacks n such. I got a full Svc (interior vacuum etc and exterior) which was fine, and a much needed improvement, but lacking, as there were still a lot of dust, debris, crumbs etc on seats n such. I just want to say, first, that this place has done a wonderful job washing and cleaning my car previously - despite sometimes long lines. In any event, I left my wallet in the car wash, and received a call from the owner. He personally called me, and told me to come pick up my wallet - with me thinking that as usual, someone had taken the money out of it. As it turned out, there was about $450.00 in cash still inside my wallet when I went and picked it up. I had met the owner once before, and he told me to leave the car and pick it up later, because I was too impatient to wait. There was no way he could make a connection with my previous experience. I saw some other reviews, where someone questioned the integrity of the car wash owner of this place. I can tell you, unequivocally, that you must be talking about a completely different place. I came here for an interior wash and my Hondata FlashPro was plugged into my car's OBDII port, but was missing when I left. If someone here stole it and wants to be a decent person and return it, please respond to this comment. It was very expensive and this is literally the only time a stranger was in my car; I park in a private garage so this is the only time when it could have possible left my car.
