I've been a Polished Beauty Bar client for almost 2 years now. The energy, the nail techs, the skill! Check, check, and check. Nail day is always a wonderful time. Jaelyn is my nail tech. She has so much skill and it's only getting better! Her designs are always perfect. She's always excited to see what designs I have for her to tackle. This salon is one of the only ones that offers gel cover, aka hard gel, for a strong yet healthy nail. I came in with weak nails after years of dip. I have never gone back to dip. The nail techs are so knowledgeable and honest! I would give 5 stars but they started asking for deposits to hold appointments. It's not awful as a lot of nail salons do that, it's just not my favorite given they have PLENTY of repeat customers. I suggest they keep a credit card on file and only charge if the client is a no show. Regardless, I'm still going to continue coming in for my monthly nail day! read more

Got the most thorough and fabulous pedicure from Maciel and I'm just so pleased. I'm a very hard critic when it comes to manis and pedis and this place exceeded my expectations. Overall, very nice place with good service and seems very clean. I made an appointment a week before, changed the appointment once 5 days before new appointment date. When I got to my appointment at 10:40am, they told me they would not be ready for me until 11:00am. Thankfully, it wasn't the day of my wedding or anything. At 11:00 sharp, they had my feet soaking. They fixed the cushion on the pedi chair for me and asked if the water was okay and all that jazz. They handed out a little shot of espresso to all the clients which made it feel very homey. The woman who was to do my nails apologized again and personally, that made me feel a lot better--just merely the acknowledgment that they may have inconvenienced me was all I needed. Sometimes, just because things don't go as planned (i.e. your appointment isn't honored right away, etc), doesn't mean they don't deserve 5 stars. When it comes to business, "making up for it" is part of customer service. It's a great way to tell about the quality of service and how much they value their clients' business. They did well. Gladys helped me and suggested french tip with the color I chose and it turned out much cuter. Although it took a little long overall, the grooming aspect of the nail was on-point. And my pedicure turned out AMAZING, and I'm picky. I will definitely return. read more

If you want nice thick eyebrows, this is where it's at. You can tell her exactly what you want, and she'll remember every single time and get your eyebrows where they need to be. I haven't had many services done here yet, only Eyebrows. I did also have my teeth whitened here once and they came out AMAZING! It was my first and only time having my teeth whitened and I was very happy and satisfied with my results. In addition! I really wanted to love this place. The atmosphere was great, it was decorated very modern and fashionable and the service was great. I was told by the manicurist that the polish was very high quality and often lasts a months without peeling off. Instead, I paid for a $55 dollar gel manicure and regular pedicure, that lasted less than a week. The pictures attached are of right now. I went to this salon last weekend and my manicure is already lifting up completely from the sides and on its last legs. This is just unacceptable for the price. Thanks to Yelp reviews, I found out about Polished Beauty Bar. It's a hidden gem of a nail salon - clean, excellent service, beautiful decor, cozy .... and did I say excellent service, already? I went for a mani/pedi and was seated immediately. Granted it was on a Wednesday afternoon and it was not too busy, but you can tell that they are good about accommodating clients at their scheduled time. My manicurist was very precise and careful with my mani/pedi. My pedicure felt like heaven as she did the foot rub and thoroughly cleaned and polished my nails. My mani was gel and she also did a great job of carefully applying the nail polish and allowing it to cure a good while under the light before applying the next coat. The prices are good, too. Considering the location and good service, you could expect to pay more - but they keep their prices competitive. I will def be going back for my next mani/pedi. read more
