Scheduled me in June of 2025 at the office in crofton (Glen Burnie was closed for remodeling) went to crofton they got what they told me was an eval/tx plan. Schedule to come back to Glen Burnie for followup they wouldn't see me, tried to schedule me for a whole other eval/ (that my insurance wouldn't cover) so i set up to get some work done anyway they keep telling me they need to do a bunch unnecessary work at 800-4k. Gave me a bunch a hassle about my tx plan. Turns out my dental insurance had no maximum and they were just trying to bill myself and insurance for all they can. The office is unprofessional, and they overall have went downhill immensely for whats best for the patient and more about billing your insurance and getting money. Ive wasted 6 months and have gotten nothing done. Starting over with a new dentist

I continually had problems with her processing our insurance. It started to give me anxiety every time I saw an envelope in the mail with their name on it. I knew I was going to have to call again and interact with her. I finally decided to say something after several years. I made sure to be professional and offer it as feedback. I was in NO way confrontational. When my husband returned for his appointment a few weeks later, he was informed that ALL of our appointments had been cancelled. The male dentist that approached him was literally in my husbands face about the feedback I had given. We are still in shock. What a completely unprofessional way to run a business.

Each time I go to the back, I can see everyone getting work done. I think I'd like a bit more privacy. Dr. Garrett is a ham. Patient and friendly, he jabs with the staff and is genuinely interested in getting to the bottom of the problem. A root canal later, and I am good as new. I saw in his waiting area he won a local award for 2009 for best service in the area. I'll be happy when I just go in for regular cleanings.

Ordinarily, I would have to go to sedation dentistry practices because of my crippling anxiety, but Dr. Stewart has the most incredible bedside manner, and puts you right at ease. Also, if you go on Wednesday's his wife has her service dog in there. Its funny how petting a pup calms the soul. The front office gal has been very helpful when we had questions. Even got my husband to make the trip. And so glad he did. Dr. Barker found out some kind of tooth disease my husband had and was able to help him with that. No more pain! So very thankful we found him.

No Phone Tree or Voicemail...........A REAL person!!!!) and booked our sameday appointment.........Kaleigh (sp?) and Chelsea.................extremely pleasant and efficient young ladies. Will update on Dentist experience after job is done but our initial experience with office staff is A+++++++. Dr Alex Sapienza definitly knows how to hire top quality people!
