I said I was coming from a previous apt and wrote it in my phone as 2pm. Mind you I had no communication before or reminders of when this apt was just one text that wasn't saved. I get there at 145pm, the environment was strange, no one was there & just rock music playing in this self promoted 'spa-like' counseling place. I wait and nothing so then I call the number. It immediately texts me saying I can only text it or call a different # it provided. Then it dawns on me I was trying to remember if my apt was at 1 or 2 since there was no confirmation. I ask the text number. Nothing. I call 2-3 times the other #. Nothing. To not further feel like a stalker I left one last attempt of a voicemail and one more text trying to communicate when the apt is. At 230, I left. I then shortly after get a passive aggressive text about a previous message of ours showing apt was 1pm. No call or text trying to further communicate. Just a screenshot of our first text which I didn't have. No reminders. Nothing. I also don't get why I was trying harder to communicate and clear up this apt being our first schedule more than her. I am so glad I have experience with other professionals in this field & a foundation of counseling otherwise I can see those being vulnerable feeling so off-put that this personal is a professional. I went through a very difficult divorce from a narcissistic abusive man. He abused me continuously in front of our two teenage children. The abuse would sometimes last for three weeks at a time. My husband was actually teaching our two children an 18 year old girl and a 15 year old boy, to join in on the abuse. My daughter actually beat me up shortly after my husband told authorities that I was the aggressor! My then husband fabricated a restraining order, stating that I beat my daughter up, rather than her attacking me. I was bloodied and bruised, and my head was sore for a week after she was pounding on my head. I was married for 18 years, and I never remember a year that the abuse was so intense, as when our family moved to Boise! My ex-husband was relentless with his psychological, mental, and emotional torture that he was bringing to me. He made me work ten hours days, so he could stay home and not work at all. He would state to me after weeks of abuse that he is going to take our children away from me and I would never see them again, he was going to divorce me, and leave me with nothing. Are assets are worth over a million dollars. After stating these threats, my husband would isolate me for hours, which is considered one of the most extreme form of emotional abuse! Before he isolated me, he would state, that he wishes I would kill myself! I initially went to reunification therapy with a horrible counselor named Jennifer Ritter (She took $2000 from me), whom stated to my daughter that I was mentally ill, and she should not reunify with me. Please understand that this was a court ordered reunification counselor. In my desperation I spent $6000 with Mary Hoffman, a court ordered parental evaluator. What ever you do, do not waste your money! Jennifer Ritter and Mary Hoffman are so corrupt, and do not have any intention to help the non-abusive parent. Mary handed my children to an abusive father and husband. They witnessed so much abuse, they have a higher incidence of becoming abusive, or even worse they could become the abused! I am worried sick about my children, what is my ex-husband doing to them, does he hurt them physically or mentally? Mary Hoffman heard how I and my children were being abused, and there was even proof of the abuse. My husband would torture me for three weeks at a time, and at the end of the three weeks of ritualistic abuse, my husband would video tape me! Mary actually saw these tapes, and she still decided to give this monster full custody of our two gorgeous children to their sadistic father!!! Mary stated in her report that I needed intense EDMR trauma therapy, she actually admitted that my husband traumatized me! However, my husband that has full custody of our children, based on her very strange recommendations, did not have to have any therapy, or even anger management! That is when I found out Mary Hoffman is corrupt, she just steals desperate parent's money! Mary had absolutely no intention in helping a loving, worried-sick mother gain any custody of her two children. She seemed sweet so I would divulge my worst nightmares regarding my husband and our two children, it is a huge front, do not mistake her kindness, she is literally the devil in carnate! I had five collateral witnesses, whom directly witnessed Jeff abusing me, and all of them corroborated my statements! Yet Mary still took my children from me! I am so scared that I will never see them again, I cry hysterically for them, and my life will never be the same. Mary Hoffman traumatized me just as badly as my husband did! Mary also contacted my former counselor at Faces of Hope, which is a domestic violence agency! My counselor Dusti Huddleston, again corroborated that I went to Faces of Hope, because I was so badly being tortured by my husband! Mary Hoffman took my children from a loving, and attentive mother! Even trauma therapy can not change what Mary did to me and my abused children!

I showed up every month like I was supposed to for my appointment, the front desk (which is shared with another business) never took the time to let me know I have a balance. There was a lapse with my insurance and I owed $100 which I have/had no problem paying had I known. I understand their process is billing over mail, but you would think that they would take the time to let you know in person as well at my monthly appointments. I've referred so many people here before, but I won't anymore. Their strict policy once a $100 bill goes to collections, you can never be seen there again for the rest of your life is ridiculous. It shows they care more about money than people. To cut someone off when they're at their lowest is heartless. They made it clear that their priority was having documentation to prove they mailed letters, not actually making sure the person received them. That says everything about where their focus is on paperwork, business and money not the humans they serve. I see them often at networking events often promoting their business, and honestly, it's just a bunch of BS. The polished image they put out there doesn't match the way they actually treat people once you become a client. Never again would I recommend this clinic again to another human being again so many other places they can go where people will actually care to make something right. I've seen two of the top specialist in the United States for ADHD. Both have been practicing psychiatry for over 50 years. I was put on a dose of Adderall over 25 years ago and I've been on that dosage since then. I floundered in life for many years until I was officially diagnosed. Once diagnosed and put on medication, I returned back to school finished a four year degree in 2 1/2 years and went on law school to graduate with the highest GPA in that law school in 11 years. I was very successful did very well, until that is, I came to Idaho. For the last four years, I have floundered all over the place, trying to find a doctor or provider that would accommodate my prescription. All people I've seen, including people in this group, which have been three now, seem to think that they know more than a real doctor with a PhD, with real experience with ADHD. Not one of these people in this group, have any more than a two-year three-year community college certificate. What the hell qualifies them as being expert in ADHD? Most of them are the age of somebody barely out of college with no life experience whatsoever. Well, I have 58 years of life experience and 58 years of ADHD experience. My experience tells me that these people are idiots and have no business diagnosing, writing prescriptions or any of the such when it comes to peoples lives. They're entrusted with peoples lives which is totally unacceptable. I would be very cautious of these people and they're bullshit. If you want a real diagnosis, try Dr. Scott Hoopes I don't care for his attitude and him and I do not get along, but he's good at what he does. And no, I do not see him so that's not a plug.
