The phones are at the same spot as the cash register where the entire customer population is privy to the full conversation. The employee (older, short haired blonde lady) was speaking to this crying woman (which she announced to the entire line of customers) in such a way that if the customer was my elder family member, it would have taken the jaws of life to get me off of her. I have NEVER heard someone yell with such unbridled fury, at a customer before. I brought this up to two employees who were clearly under the thumb of the violently furious woman, and shrugged it right off quietly mumbling that they had just gotten to work at the incorrect time. I do not care how unhappy you are with your career choice, you are to NEVER speak to another person, paying customer, in that manner. There are entirely too many other shopping options close by...most with better prices, ALL with better service. I would absolutely never, ever recommend this establishment to anyone.
