The spot to share wedding vows is tucked into the edge of the woods, with the pavilion as a back up site in case of rain. We picked out a large Japanese Maple for $499 plus the same for installing and 2 other plants we would plant ourselves. After waiting for a few weeks with no communication, we went back to find out about planting. We saw the tree we had put our name on was gone. The other 2 were still there. We were going on vacation at the end of May (tree still not delivered) and called and told them to wait until we get back now. Called when we got back to schedule and mentioned we didn't see our tree when we were there. I'm assuming they sold it to someone else. He showed a pic on the phone of another tree he could plant. He said it was the same. We said ok and they came the next morning. The tree they brought was at least 2-3 feet shorter than the one we picked. The root ball was about 1/3 of the one we picked. After talking to the owner and him arguing about the tree, he offered $100 off the price. I was just so pissed off, I just had them plant the new tree just to stop dealing with them. We got this tree to shield our pool from the 2 houses next door that were for sale since we weren't sure how nice they would be. It will be a few f*****g years till it grows to a decent height.

He was delivering shrubs to my neighbor and I asked if they ever haul away branches for a fee. He agreed to help me out and was so positive to deal with even though it was a large amount of stuff for him to haul. I asked about the business and he said he and his brother are excited to continue the business with their dad who has been around for 32 years. I couldn't believe how nice and willing he was to help me! I'm looking forward to visiting their nursery to get plants for my new yard. If this is the level of customer care to be expected, this business has a bright future!

Last year we went with a different florist to avoid some of their fees (as delivery/service costs had gone up). We definetely paid for what we got at the other shop. This year we are back to Suburban Floral Shoppe and yes, it's pricey, but they deliver-literally great flowers. In the past they made the mistake of delivering the birthday flowers too early. This year I especified the day they needed to be delivered in CAPS letters in the comments stating when I wanted them delivered. I said NO EARLIER. This seemed to have worked as they were delivered on her actual birthday. Being that we dont live in town, simple things like getting flowers delivered, can become big things. My daughter's wedding was on October 28th. We were hunting live mums for decorating. We called MULTIPLE local nurseries. No one was willing to help, commenting that we could purchase what was left at the end of the season. As I continued down my list, I called best feeds on Wildwood. I had great experiences there before. I was shocked when the gentleman that answered the phone said to stop in and that they could certainly do something for me!!! He introduced me to two female staff members who were experts in matching colors, mums that bloomed later in the season, and sizes that I would need for each space. They also taught us how to make the blooms open at just the right time. The day of pick up they were all organized on a rack and ready to go. Can't say enough about the plant knowledge that the staff possesses. I really won't shop anywhere else for my plant needs moving forward. The one problem I had was there where virtually no customer sales help at all and after about 15 minutes I gave up and decided to leave. In the entire time I was there not one sales person came up to me and asked if they could help me find something???????? This store is HUGE and offers a very, very large selection of holiday decorations, indoor and outdoor furniture, bedding, rugs, curtains, canvas prints, cookware, bath accessories, ETCETERA! Prices are low to moderate. For example, I thought that the prices for sheets and quilts were much lower than what competing stores charge. My husband waited about one hour while I shopped in this store. I kept wandering around the numerous aisles, and we lost each other! I sent him repeated text messages, and eventually he found me. I picked out seven products for my kitchen and dining room. At the checkout, the cashier immediately greeted me, correctly scanned my products and charged me, carefully wrapped my breakable dishware, and thanked me.
