The actual poor wasn't that bad except for the buried some of the old concrete from the driveway/walkway on the right side of the front of the house. I had to dig that up and get rid of it myself. As you can see by the below, they really sprayed the concrete as high as 6 feet the screen on the patio window, I did if they were going to clean that up and they said that they couldn't because the concrete was wet that I had to wait until it was dry. as you can see in the pictures below, they couldn't take the wood framing off the concrete because some of the workers nailed it to the concrete he explained and that some of his workers were and that he couldn't get them to use the wooden spikes only instead of the nails. I have tried to in contact with R & C construction several times through voicemail and text and through Angie and they have not returned my messages. Overall, I would give them three stars only, decide for yourself.

A year+ later, it all still looks perfect! Second, we had them put in a privacy fence on one side of our yard. They're extremely timely, clean up well after themselves, and very hard workers. Our most recent project they just finished for us was fixing the soffit, fascia, and drip edge on the front of our home that was rotted. All the work and paint was complete in just one day! The quality of the team's work is amazing! They meticulously laid out our tiling and carefully installed all of our fixtures and everything looks and works great! We had gotten a quote from a corporate remodeling company before reaching out to Tico and it was astronomically higher and they offered no real customizations so we would have gotten a cookie cutter bathroom for double what I got my dream bathroom for. However, it did feel like not all of the workers were fully qualified for the specific tasks they were assigned. There were a few mistakes along the way that required patching or rework, which slowed things down and caused some frustration. While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result. That said, I would recommend the company be a bit more cautious about assigning the right workers to the right tasks to prevent unnecessary fixes along the way. Carlos was great and very polite. Made sense to me, I just didn't know that! Then they were the fastest of 5 contacted companies to submit an estimate, and they were reasonable with that price compared to the other 2 companies that did supply us with a quote. 2nd house they did a full house check and seal. Arrived exactly on time, completed the sealing and had a supervisor show up the next day to inspect the work their guys did.
