He didn't fix the flat; what he did was put on the spare ("the donut") for me and made sure it was inflated and ready to go. He also checked the pressure in my other three tires. I didn't know what to expect when he arrived. I forgot to ask what kind of service I was getting. He's not a tow truck or a mobile tire repair service. He has a van with equipment inside to get you on the road again. In my case this was to change the tire to the spare. He also jump starts vehicles, unlocks them, and brings gas if you've run out. If you don't have a functional spare, I would say this is not the service you need if you get a flat. After he changed the tire and aired the others, he made sure I knew where the closet tire shop was and told me what time they closed. He also gave me some tips and warnings about driving on the donut. He helped make a bad day a little brighter.

After I bought new wheels and tires for the car I had to find someone who could lift the car up carefully and who had low profile jacks so it would work with my car. I tried at least 5 other places before calling Murphy's law and when I spoke to him I felt confident he could handle it. When he should up and pulled out multiple jack I knew he was the man for the job. He got the car off the block and back on the road in an hour and didn't damage anything. I was very woried about the car sliding off and landing on its rotors which cots $1500 a piece but he did a perfect job.

**Updated Review**…read more I'm pleased that the work on my vehicle was indeed completed by the deadline - December 23. However, I noticed a nasty visible deep scratch on the cargo hatch door and the wiper windshield hoses were connected improperly (i.e. pushing handle towards me would trigger rear wiper vs. front window). I immediately contacted Paul and Joe to resolve these two issues. I am happy to say that the deep scratch was repaired at no extra cost and the wiper hoses were connected correctly. That said, it took me two additional follow up visits. I do understand collision centers are swamped due to the increase of accidents and pending repairs but it's important for any auto shop to do its due diligence prior to returning a vehicle to its owner. I did ask for a walkthrough at time of pickup but Paul was out on holiday. That said, I do agree that you should carefully inspect and photograph your vehicle prior to drop off and ask your service tech do a walkthrough at time of pickup to avoid the follow up hassle. PS.. the work done comes with a limited warranty - I believe one year from work date.

They actually broke a bolt to my air filter housing and put a sheetrock screws through my housing Instead of replacing the bolt. All behind some crazy Christian vibe, so sad. But looks can be deceiving. Upon picking up my car I place my truck in the same shop cuz they quoted me what started out as a cheap $300 price. That turned into over $1,000 job. My key does not completely come out of the ignition correctly ever since they've done the job. And about a week after I got my car back because I don't get on the highway too much with my car It took about a week for me to notice it but when they put my tire back on after they fixed the problem with the rim being scraped up from the accident. I've had problems with my alignment which the couple times I got in a hold of someone to report it to them they have completely denied them having any effect in the alignment in my 2020 Kia optima. They barely answer the phones they have shawty workmanship. Do yourself a favor and don't be part of the next headache and find yourself another collision shop because these people will wrap you up in their finger tell you one thing and then next thing you know you're having a list of issues that they will completely deny.
