Philip, the tow truck driver, was wonderful. He found an extended-stay motel, drove me and my dog to the motel, then stopped at a body shop to get a quick assessment of the damages. My son was in a collision New Year's Eve and the Austin Police Department didn't wanna wait for my towing company which was free because I pay for it so they called these wreck chasers and they didn't ask my son anything where we wanted it towed nothing they just towed it all the way to slaughter well when I go to pay for the stupid storage and the towing that I should've never had to pay for it because I have free towing however my towing company wouldn't pick it up from inside their tow yard so I paid this place an additional hundred dollars to pull it out to the street and drop it and here's how they did it caused even more damage. The driver's name was Andy he was a complete douche bag and this is how my vehicle was treated after I paid them and then even paid them $100 just to pull it out on the street I wish I could give no stars and I will be talking to whoever's in charge of this little arrangement at the Austin Police Department and I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Department of license and registration against easy towing and Denver towing because they're one in the same they're owned by the same people and the same location doing the same shady crap read more

My car got towed here after an accident. I showed up a couple days later to get my belongings from the car. They gave me the key, and when I was done I returned the key to them, not knowing where the car was going to go next it made sense to keep the key with the car. Insurance ended up having the car towed to my house until they finish their checks, then I could take it to a shop. The tow truck driver didn't have the key, and it was noted on his pickup slip that they acknowledged they didn't have the key. Several calls with them and they kept saying they were looking for it, but they never call back. I told the owner when I was there, specific times, so she could check her cameras and verify my claims and honestly, she could give zero F's, she just wanted me to fade away. I got the key replaced, I'll be sending them the bill but I'm not at all hopeful that they'll cover it. APD picked the tow company after the accident, so I didn't choose to do business with these shady folk but they do run a normal tow service and I'd caution anyone from choosing them if you find yourself needing a tow. read more

Recently Crashed my motorcycle After hearing insurance wasn't gonna do anything for me I took matters into my own hands and went to go inspect the bike after I just had surgery on my ankle. I ended going on a knee scooter witch wasn't the Smartest idea Since the terrain was rough!!! Instead of ignoring me MARISSA gave me the best customer service ever.The entire time she was helping me and even offered her shoulder, on top of that she helped me take pictures of the damage at the end she put me on a golf cart to my car across the street and put my knee scooter in my trunk for me. read more

I don't trust tow companies but this one is the WORST by far I have ever dealt with. The actual tow cost was about $50 more than usual (even with APD tow), then they charge $50 to send you notification they have your car (even if you go over there immediately), then they actually charge you $25 to "return" the car! Insurance company hired this tow company to bring in a clients car, the driver dropped the car without checking with the office first, then when asked to give information for the tow sheet he refused to cooperate. I am letting the insurance company know that the driver refused to follow policy and that they should use a different company. read more

I would like to commend your employee, Pedro, for stopping to check on me after my accident last Tuesday evening on Hwy 290. I was completely in a daze and Pedro was extremely kind to stop to see if there was anything he could do. He turned my vehicle off and then checked the vehicle that hit me. He found that the driver had left the scene of the accident - but that his cell phone and wallet were left in the car. I had to call them several times over several days about it because they told me i'm wrong and were rude to me. only when i called three days later and threatened to press charges they agreed to check their records, and found that they accidentally ran my CC twice and agreed to refund the second charge. I had so many issues with the office staff itself as they kept MISPLACING my vehicle they told my insurance company l had the vehicle at my residence. There was NO way to drive my vehicle in the current condition for the over an hour drive back to my home. l even went in person to the 1830 Oak Hill Lane location took pictures of my car at that location on 9/21 when they 1st told Statefarm car not there then again on 9/22 so therefore delaying my process of my vehicle being inspected. Today 9/24 they finally have my car after it was towed on 9/19 due to the incompetent office staff. l even left a message for owner to call me back & almost 24 hrs later no call back from Andrew Brammer but I will give him the benefit of the doubt because he seemed nice when he picked up vehicle from scene. Rudest people I've ever dealt with. Had to get into a car for my family that was totaled to retrieve some items. Gave me a run-around for hours until providing the document I needed to have notarized (family was in the hospital, debilitated) and still wouldn't let me in the vehicle when I showed up with the forms, all signed and notarized with a key. Set an anointment for the next day and on the phone some lady basically screamed over me while I was trying to describe our situation and that I already had all the forms I needed. We had to get a lawyer involved, and even then they have us a hard time for having to do their jobs. I didn't deal with one person there that wasn't absolute human garbage. Zero starts, if that were possible, and may they feel ashamed for how they treated us in our time of need. read more

The folks at EZ towing really helped me out of a tight spot with a broken down motorcycle. They were to me within an hour of the call, coming from a good distance. Yolanda was helpful and on top of it. Andy Bramer was quick to the spot and very thorough with tying down the bike. His equipment was top notch. This was a Freightliner with a flatbed. No chance for an issue. The price was reasonable for that level of service and quickness of the turnaround. While I don't hope to have to, I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I am editing this review after realizing that I got burned or so I thought. The bIll came to 150 and I had to ruin to an atm machine. At this point I was totally burned out. I took out 200 and was going to give him 160 with ten dollars coming back my way. I didn't think about it and have him the 200. He said "what is this?", and I said 150, that's what we agreed on. Looking back, I know he noticed because he counted it three times. At first I was disappointed, but a few days later Andy realized he made a mistake and drove out to my house leaving the money in my front door. Looking back I realize we were both tired and lets face it, mistakes do happen to the best of us. So here is what happened, one day after work, I am driving home and my jeep decided it no longer needs a transmission. I limped it to a nearby neighborhood and started calling tow companies. I am no stranger to tow companies thanks to my awesome Chrysler product, so I'm already expecting to wait at least an hour for a tow. When I called EZ tow, I got voicemail and decided to hang up and move on to the next. Andy called my back less than a min later. He immediately came out to my aide. Andy picked us up on the shoulder of Highway 290 in pouring rain and delivered our car and my wife and me to an automotive shop with great care. Not only had the car overheated, but the battery was dead as well. That meant he had to take considerable care so that the car came off the truck with no scraping of the underside of the vehicle, all in pouring rain. He asked several times whether we were all right and whether we needed to sit in the dry truck. Finally, he dropped us off at our house on his way home. She was super rude on the phone and had trouble spelling Amber... -___- She was stuck on the issue of me giving an hour notice and when I arrived they couldn't find my key and they are STILL currently looking for it. I now cannot retrieve my things from my car which I drove 45 minutes to get because an HOUR AGO they didn't start looking for it they decided to look as soon as I arrived. Then she went on telling me about how I need to have my attorney contact her to let her know what's going on otherwise they would have to auction off my car. Are you kidding me my car has been there for 7 days and I was in a severe car accident. Please lady do the world a favor and stay inside your home indefinitely. Update... Taking back the second star due to Pedro trying to prevent my brother from taking my subwoofer out of my car stating there is some law against me taking MY BELONGINGS OUT OF MY CAR. Our family was driving down Bee Caves yesterday and hit a piece of limestone which had fallen off a landscaping truck. We hit it and immediately blew out both tires on the passenger side of the vehicle. A regular tow truck wasn't going to cut it; we needed a flat bed tow truck.
