The two stars are for the friendliness. In regard to the teeth whitening, save your money it didn't do anything. The used a tooth shade chart to mark my original shade without me seeing it. After the treatment they gave me a mirror and pointed that my shade improved by three shades. I know how my teeth looked before and now they still look the same. The whitening equipment they used was similar to the home kits. I did tell them that I see no difference they assured me it takes a couple days. When I walked into the facility, two cats were hanging out. Being allergic to cats, I wanted to leave right away. The teeth whitening procedure was very interesting. They said they didn't need a license to do it and they told me to do it all myself because they couldn't touch the materials. I wasn't able to tolerate the teeth whitening procedure because of the gel. The employee at the front desk told me to contact Groupon to get a refund. When I first started coming to Anh, she did a great job & I was very pleased, but since covid, her quality has completely downgraded. The last 3 times she did my lashes, it started to droop into my eyes (even poking and irritating my eyes) When I asked her what was going on, she said she was using a different glue. She had to fix it twice in a week and she even charged me for a fill when it was something that needed to be fixed! I was still hopeful so I kept going back against my better judgment & Before I knew that this would happen, I had already recommended my cousin to her, who said her lashes drooped within 24 hours and she had to pull all her lashes out bc it was so terrible. This last time I went, I finally told her that I didn't understand what was going on and that my lashes drooped within a week (when in reality I noticed the lashes were already looking weird the 1st day but was hopeful it was would not droop.. load and behold it did) I was disappointed in her response, which she said it was bc it was time for a fill and didn't own up or acknowledge the problem that's been going on all along, especially since I am not the only one experiencing this.. very VERY disappointed read more

The tech also the extension on multiple of my natural lashes! This caused so much damage. I now have gaps of lash chunks missing. I wouldn't go back.
