I have been seeing Jasmine now for about two years and I must say she has the best work I've ever seen or had myself (I have had many other lash artists). I started with Jasmine back in 2012! I followed her from her previous locations to this one. I was nervous at first because it was my very first time having eye lash extensions. NO PAIN AT ALL! She said it's supposed to be like that if it's done well. Unfortunately I had to move to San Francisco and needed to find a new place to go to. Oh the struggles! No one did it like Jasmine. Seriously. I found a place that took me 2 hours to drive back & forth plus parking, and it wasn't consistent. I have tried multiple! Even the ones that say they've been doing it for years. I finally moved back to ORANGE COUNTY. Went back to Jasmine and OMG my lashes can tell! I don't shed at all.. with the other places I've been to, after 1 day or even same day, lashes start to fall. Even my husband can tell! With Jasmine, it may take 2-3 weeks but that's because it's growing! And they are not glued together! It's the technique she uses, her EXPERIENCE, materials & equipment, her hands, etc. You are taken care of. I'm so very happy with my lashes.. 5 years in total of eyelash extensions with her. They were perfect, Jasmine was awesome, and was able to squeeze me in just a few days before my wedding when the other salon I initially booked with cancelled on me at the last minute. Honestly, I'm glad they cancelled on me. Jasmine was perfect, it was a lovely and relaxing appointment, and my lashes, which are naturally blonde, straight, and short, looked fantastic with no mascara! So I wasn't going to leave a review but the more I think about it, the more I feel that interested patrons should be aware and warned so they won't waste their time (or be prepared to have their time wasted). It's impossible to schedule new appointments online. Time slots open for 3 weeks ahead but you can't make ANY appointments except removal of HER Lashes. I've been on the waiting list FOREVER for a new set. Website says to call if you have problems but then when you call you're told to leave a text, but when you leave a text, you are ignored. When you text more than once (twice to be exact) over a span of two days, you finally get a response but viewed as annoying and referred to another place. There was absolutely no apologies for the poor interaction at all. I was just given the excuse that she's super busy. She was sooo busy that she couldn't even schedule me an appointment almost three months away. She should just write on her website or text potential clients right away telling them that she isn't taking new clients so people can spend their invaluable time looking for a more sincere business. read more

I got my first ever set of lash extensions while visiting a friend in NYC - they were done very well and looked great. They started falling out after about four weeks and I didn't feel up to getting them filled in every few weeks so I decided to have them safely removed. Jasmine was such a professional and explained everything she was doing. She was extremely precise and paid great attention to detail. She did not stop until all of the lashes and every speck of glue was removed safely. It was such a pleasant experience and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to transform their eyes. I found Jasmine here on Yelp. I was leaving town and wanted to finally get lash extensions, (never had them before), I called her to make an appointment with her. She was very friendly and gave me information on the phone before even meeting me. Unfortunately something came up and I had to leave town the day of my appointment, so I cancelled. I've been coming to Jasmine pretty much since the beginning of her business... when she was still in Long Beach (5 years?) and she is hands down THE BEST lash lady I've been to. I've had to go to other places a few times when I've had to cancel with her last minute or been out of town, and I never understood why people are always complaining about lash extensions until then. It's really important to have somebody you can trust because people can really mess you up. I've literally never had issues with my lashes when I go to her, it's like they are not even there! I saw a few complaints on here about her availability or her not getting back to people. The thing is, when you're as good at what you do as Jasmine, people are literally clamoring for your business. I've been going to her for over 6 months and now 2 of my friends do as well, which I think says a lot.
