Unfortunately, I had to revisit this store after so many years. My son who is currently attending ASPIRA DE-CO located in the downtown/Wynwood area. I was instructed by the school that the uniforms needed to be purchased at Ibiley. First of all the location and parking lot are horrible. There's NEVER parking when I come, especially back to school time. The shirts are very expensive, plus the patch is an additional $5, so a school week worth of shirts are $100, they offer 2 quality of shirts (premium and value) and to my personal opinion the material is not quality. You end up buying more shirts mid year because they do not last. I ordered a jacket for embroidery and it took them nearly three weeks to have it ready, all I wanted was my son's name. When attempting to call them the number given puts you through an operator who then calls the store, I'm like what the hell? They do not have many employees to assist, so hopefully you are not in a rush and can be patient. I do not buy any bottoms there, they are very expensive and like I said about the shirts ,it's not the best quality. The next up coming year, I will be purchasing the 5 shirt combo which is priced at $69.99. Happy shopping and good luck. Visited the other day, because of the requirement of my son's school ASPIRA DE/CO opening a new school directly across the street from their old location. I was informed by my son that the school uniform colors have changed and that they were getting a new patch for their uniform. When I went to Ibiley I noticed that their pricing had gone up!!!! The better quality shirt package which is the premium went from $69.99 to $74.99 and the value went from $59.99 to $64.99. These prices are ridiculous, by the time you pay the Florida sales tax, your five shirts come out to almost $80, ($16 a shirt). I had some shirts that I purchased on clearance and to have the patch put on the shirts it cost me $4.99 a patch because of the shirts not being from their store. What I've noticed that these shirts are not of the best quality in my opinion, like I've stated previously you end up buying mid-year for some more. Hopefully for the upcoming year the prices do not go up. As far as uniform bottoms it best to buy them from other stores because the pricing for their bottoms can be a little pricey. read more

The people at the store were amazing and helpful; however, beware of what you purchase. We went into the store and tried on uniforms and purchased 8 polos. I had her try on each size but not every shirt. I washed and hung all the shirts but discovered two shirts were 6 inches shorter than the others in the same size. I called customer support, and they told me too bad since they are washed. That was my mistake. Buyer beware; they sell inconsistent products. The price of the uniforms are insane! The cost of the items do not match the materials used. Yet I am stuck and have to use this website because this is what the school is inclined to using. I specifically did NOT pay for an embroided cardigan. However an embroidered cardigan arrived with MY name not my child's name! It is completely wrong I got charged triple price for a child's cardigan just to have the wrong names printed! Speaking to a representative is unheard of. HORRIFIC ORGANIZATION! I waited in the sun for five hours on a Friday only to be told they had limited stock and I could purchase just a single shirt. The temperature on the day I waited exceeded 95 degrees! No water available, even for purchase. They had no one managing the line until near close of business when they started telling people who had stood in line for 3+ hours they would not be let in the store! When I asked the representative who was helping me how I could purchase additional items or when they could be restocked, she told me she didn't know - maybe three or four weeks from now - and to call the customer service number. However, the customer service call center is closed! They do not answer the phone at the local store, online orders are not fulfilled, and they do not respond to emails! In addition, the quality of the shirts is, at best, poor. The terrible quality of the shirts is actually outmatched by the horrific quality of the shorts, skirts, and pants. I ended up purchasing generic khaki items elsewhere because the fabric at Ibiley felt like sandpaper. There's limited parking, good luck finding legal street parking nearby. Someone at the School Board must be getting their palms greased. This is the only way you can explain the incredibly horrible service, the crap stores and the not so cheap prices. Plus this is the only place you can get most uniforms. I had purchased uniforms that weren't in stock and had to be ordered. I ordered and paid for them at the store. A couple of weeks later I got the bottoms but not the shirts. School starts and guess what? After countless calls, and being on hold for no less than 1/2 hour each time I keep on getting shit for an answer. They were incompetent and couldn't tell me where the shirts were or when I would get them. I had to go and purchase patches to put on other shirts. I try to dispute through AMEX but since I had told those THIEVES that since I didn't get my product that I was cancelling the order they still charged me a cancellation fee for their complete ineptitude. They didn't fill my order correctly and to my satisfaction and charged ME. So ... you tell me this isn't a mafia. I will tell you that the sky is pink. read more

I placed my online order yesterday. The website said that the client would be receiving a order confirmation email "shortly". I waited for hours...no order confirmation email. I wrote to the help desk inquiring about my order confirmation message. I just wanted to be reassured that the company received my online order. 24 hours later, I received a message telling me that the due to the high volume of orders/sales, the company cannot see/find my order and to wait for TWO-FIVE DAYS!!! What company tells the client that they cannot see the order/acknowledge an online order 24 hours later and to wait up to FIVE DAYS!!! How reliable and/or safe is this website? Where is my order? Poor quality clothes for the price. I am grateful the school only requires one shirt with the logo, I can go elsewhere for the rest. There was a hole in the shirt I took out of the plastic packaging! I also asked for the school specific plaid romper. The sales associate brought back a solid navy romper...So i bought my polo shirt and left. I don't know how this company has a monopoly on school uniforms in Miami Dade. I hope more schools are as flexible as the one I send my kid to. read more

Ibiley is almost a fraud store. The prices and very high, almost 90% more than other places. Uniform Shirts on $19 when you can buy the same for $5 and $6 in other places with the same quality and also add the school logo which is $6 and you have the same Shirt for $11. All the merchandise you buy is final, you cannot return anything when you realize that you were scammed with the price. I give them 1 star because I can't put 0 stars. The "manager" are very inflexible, and the people how work there is very correct and profesional, but looks like they don't work happy at all with a lot of pressure. I Do Not Recommend Ibiley at all to nobody, use Walmart or even Target and for sure you will have a better prices. read more

Although I waited until the last minute for uniforms, their customer service helped me find a store that had my size and style of shirt. When I got there today (Sat), it was very busy, yet the employees all had smiles and were very helpful. This place is so unpleasant. First of all their hours suck they don't open until 10 am and they close at 6 pm so if you work for a living you'll never be able to get there during the week when it is less crowded. On the weekend the place is an absolute mad house. Good luck if they ever have the right size in stock. If you decide to order online you can't return anything that has a logo embroidered so you have no choice but to go into the store for the logo even if you order online and they have very little color choices for shirts that are refundable that don't have a logo. Any way you slice it you are at the mercy of taking your chances in store that they will ever have what you need in stock and the school board forces us to use them. Buyer Beware! The new location serving Tampa is the worst business I've dealt with. Once you purchase their substandard product you are stuck with it. The no return policy serves them quite well. I wouldn't want it back either. Very poor quality apparel. Not to mention they stocked the wrong product as specified by our school. I came to buy the school uniform for my son, and I have to say that all the staff here are really nice and attentive, even though it was somewhat crowded, they were still so helpful and they took their time to make sure that you had everything you needed. The absolute worst. My daughter's school switched to them this year, and the entire experience has been chaotic to say the least. The store was packed, hot, but the lady that helped us find uniforms was nice. The parking is incredibly inconvenient at the location, too. After that first visit to the store, it's been awful. I was called to pick up my daughter's uniforms on August 11th. I live an hour away from this store - the ONLY Ibiley carrying her school uniforms - and no one there had the courtesy of telling me that the uniforms were, in fact, not there yet. They wasted my time and were completely unapologetic after essentially lying to me over the phone. I was given a phone number to text and follow up on the orders. NO ONE REPLIES. AT ALL. I call their customer service number, and waited on hold for over 20 minutes each time, and they have no way of guaranteeing when the orders will arrive, when the new school year starts in just 3 days. Again, unapologetic, shrugging off the customers, because why should they care? They have our money and we're stuck using them. It's abusive, unprofessional, and careless. I'm going to make sure that the school is aware of how piss poor the customer service and follow-through has been. The parents and kids don't deserve that. I came here for my son to buy him shirts to wear with logos i tell the lady to let my son try out in the fitting rooms and the lady tells us not to to put it over his shirt my son puts it over his shirt and he tells me it's tight and the lady says it's just his shirt under then I go get to logo because it's mandatory for his school then they put it on his shirt we go home he tries it on and what do you think boom it doesn't fit him then we call customer service we waited about a 30 min wait they tell us go speak to the manager we go they tell us you can't get an exchange so we left so I recommend not to buy here read more

I tried to return several items because the metal closures popped off the first week of school. It took me nearly 3 months to get someone to contact me. I would have driven back to the store but it closed down without notice to customers! Ibiley is refusing to replace the items and wants me to send them to Miami to be inspected because they don't believe the items could be defective. I offered to send photos now and to send the uniforms back when I receive replacements (my children are required to wear Ibiley uniforms daily) but Ibiley would not agree to this. Ibiley knows that they are the only contracted supplier of uniforms for our school district so they don't care about customer service. I recently got permission for my children to wear non-Ibiley uniform bottoms, so I hope this means that the district and our school are considering a new supplier for next year! read more

My son is starting a totally new school which meant all new uniforms etc. and of course my only choice was to go to the SW 8th street store. Went on a Saturday after 3:30pm (1hr and half before closing). Not sure if that may have been the reason for the only employee working there to give such pathetic help. Granted he appeared to be a young man but that is still no excuse for someone who was hired by a business (and deemed "qualified" by them" to represent them) to be inept and useless. What bothered us the most was his "I really don't want to be here and I'm perturbed by your questions/demands" type of attitude. When confronted with questions or needing for him to get something else for you, you can tell his defensiveness. Minimal to no information was given to us, unless we asked or it came up in some other way. We were promised a free polo shirt with our purchase. We chose the one we "thought" it was in the dark blue color my son preferred. However at checkout he "informed" us that was not the free polo that was advertised and when we had to ask for him to bring it he said that they only had burgundy available at the moment. He proceeded to tell us that in order to receive the promised discount on our total bill that we would HAVE to take the burgundy polo at that moment. Sounding totally absurd to us that they could not supply us with the blue one my son wanted perhaps when it did come in, it finally ended with him having US dial the manager on our phone to speak with her. Needless to say, this experience was frustrating and exhausting (like pulling teeth). This young man should not be hired for any type of sales position, ANYWHERE!! Totally not his thing and hopefully this particular store will take heed and get him out. To think I may have 8 more years to deal with him makes me cringe!!!
