Not pleased at all !!! After going to the south location to return scrubs I was told I need to go to the exact location I bought them from! So after returning to the location near Flagler I was told I couldn't get a refund but a store credit only. This was not told to me at anytime nor is there a sign anywhere posted. So now a store I never go to I have a store credit for!! Besides that the store service when I bought the scrubs were fine, but it all changed when I said I needed to return it was hard to get someone not only who spoke English but just help in general!! read more

I brought shirts here for one of my jobs. They told me I had to get the logo and sport polo shirts. I brought 3 polo sport shirts for 70 bucks. The same shirts were at Walmart for 5 bucks a piece. What a rip off. They don't let you bring in your own shirts to put the logo, and then they told me the shirts would be done in a week and they would call me. 2 weeks went by I got no call, I went in they still were not ready, over a month went by l, I went in 3 times to check finally the 3rd time they had my shirts done and they didn't even call me. Today I witnessed how unprofessional the manager is in this place. Her name is Yusimi. She was rude and even aggressive with a young employee. She yelled at him and embarrassed him in front of all the customers. Frustrated by the clutter, the number of customers looking for their children's uniforms within days of starting school. She took it out on the poor and inexperienced employee. She apparently wanted the boy to fold clothes, serve customers and behave as she needed. Forgetting that he was a teenager in his first job and having a really bad time because of his manager. This was completely unacceptable. No human being deserves to be treated this way. JUST AWFUL! - Even though they have plenty of staff it feels more like self-service. They hire nothing but young kids with nasty attitudes. I was sold a school shirt that wasn't even an accepted school color once. Extreme pain to have to go back and exchange it. So disappointed this is the only place they sell my sons uniform. Not many options in general; however, I have always found what I was looking for. Prices are cheap to fair. Plenty of parking.

This is a little gem. I had an elastic band embroidered and it came out beautiful. It was done in less than 20 minutes. I got there an hour before they closed and I didn't feel hurried. 2 staff members were extremely helpful. I was able to browse a huge magazine with options for appliqués and there are about 6 fonts to choose from for writing. There was a vast variety of colors and shades to choose from as well. There is bench to sit and wait or you can browse through the store. I left with an additional polka dot bow scrungee and a pair of men's compression socks. Prices are way less than I expected. read more

They are a mess. I ordered uniforms a month a a half ago and I have still pending items. Every time I called they said the order will be ready next day and never have it ready or delivered. This place is terrible. 90% of the staff is really young and unprepared to help you. Everyone I encountered were just simply rude. Any questions I had for some reason made them upset to the point I was told "Go ahead try sending your kid to school without logos on his pants we'll be seeing you here soon!" Avoid coming to this place if you can. They are unorganized, rude , & expensive for cheap quality uniforms. 3 of the shirt I purchased had loose threads that I had to resow. All the shirts also shrunk , the material used to make the shirt make it impossible to remove any sort of stain from shirt. Very Poor quality uniforms. Btw Guess what! I sent my kid to school for a whole year and he was never sent home for not having the logo on the pants and I purchased better quality pants and shorts elsewhere. read more

Back to school shopping is NEVER something anyone looks forward to. Packed parking lots, long lines, rude customers and sometimes employees...the list continues... This afternoon, I went to All Uniforms expecting just that. The parking lot (which is pretty decent) was expectedly full, the line inside was daunting, and everyone seemed impatient. HOWEVER, as I was looking for uniform shirts and all, one of the employees came up to me and asked of I needed help. This young guy, Adrian, helped me so efficiently I was at the cash register in TEN MINUTES - I am not exaggerating. The line had moved quickly enough that I waited to pay for maybe three minutes. Horrid. First off, all they care is about leaving and their gossip. They watch you like a hawk to see how they can rush you out of the store. The first lady was pretty nice, I went into the dressing room, I even put back the stuff I wasn't taking since they were going to close soon, and then it happened, this obscene obese loud mouth lady came asking if I needed help (with an attitude) because I had to hurry up cause they were closing. Worst uniform store in Miami. The only reason I gave one star is because I could not post the review without selecting a rating. They don't even deserve the one star. I've been purchasing uniforms for my children for the past 10 years at different uniform stores and this is by far the worst! The past 2 years I've had difficulty obtaining uniforms on back order. My daughters uniform skirts ordered last Tuesday morning are still not in, despite the reassurance from store that they would arrive in time for school. Classes begin Monday and my daughters uniforms are incomplete. The stores response was to blame it on the suppliers and suggested I come in to purchase pants/shorts instead. MY suggestion to this store is that they keep better inventory so that they are appropriately stocked during the busiest time of the year. I will issue a complaint with the school's administration in hopes they use a different uniform vendor in the future! Terrible customer service for low quality uniforms which are always out of stock. read more

The customer service is certainly something to admire. They always try to make your shopping easier and with as much savings as possible. It is incredible to see the responsibility such young people have. My favorite part has to be the embroideries. I have been able to get my children's uniforms embroidered, my own designed logo for my company. It has definitely given my company its own sense of professionalism with style. Their excuse for me when I did not receive my online order was a break in. The 2nd excuse was the person in charge of online orders quit. HORRIBLE customer service! I still have not received my refund that I demanded after calling them multiple times. I do alot of online shopping and I have never had such a BAD experience. read more
