In the clinic room the clinic staff offered her plenty of time to discuss her issues and make sure every concern was handled. The nurse and the physician were extremely kind in handling a high complexity patient. She elected to have a skin tag removal done which was nearly painless, which hasn't been her prior experiences. My friend and I will definitely be coming back to this office. She told me after I referred her to Derick and after her visit that she understood what I meant when I said "Derick Dermatology is the Rolls Royce of dermatology." Though we learned by experience that Derick looks and runs like a Rolls Royce costs are well in the lower tier of expenditure. To the point it'll be a surprise of how low the prices are. I looked for a place that offered 4d ultrasounds, was nearby and had great reviews and just had to check out this place. Setting up an appointment was super easy. I was able to submit a request online and didn't have to talk to anyone on the phone. I came here both times during my pregnancy and it was very easy to reschedule one of my appointments via text. I was able to visit around 14 weeks and 26 weeks. I learned so much more about my pregnancy, my baby's growth and anatomy than a typical doctor's appointment. What was nice was that I was able to invite my mom (who was visiting from out of town) to one of my appointments. The tears in her eyes was worth it alone :D. I already knew the gender coming in to my 14 week appointment and the technician was able to verify it again. I love the services offered here. They give you the opportunity to send livestream links to those who want to be part of your pregnancy from afar AND you can download your video clip as well. During the low periods, rewatching the ultrasound videos have been really special. For my 26 appointment, it was a bigger package, so I was also able to get a plush doll with my baby's heartbeat recorded. I can't wait to share it with my baby when she comes. I highly recommend trying this place out if you are pregnant. You can bring up to 4 people in the room to experience with you in person or always share the video or the crazy amount of photos afterwards. Thank you!

We have three kids and been coming back every time for each kid buying the all inclusive package which is the best deal. She always gets the gender of our baby correct and does a great video recording of our baby. My favorite from that package is the recording of our baby's heartbeat that we can add into an adorable stuffed animal. We use it for our baby to listen back to when we need to calm baby down. The best printed images we usually give to the grandparents as these are great poses of our baby. We show off our baby's face on social media using the digital images we get with the package. I will come back again to find out the gender of our next baby!

Scheduling is very efficient, the staff is friendly and courteous, and Dr. Newman immediately put me at ease. This is a very professional clinic and sees only adult patients, I believe. Most communication is backed up with email reminders and an online portal so you can complete all your paperwork ahead of time so you don't need to get there so early the first time. I had my labs drawn during my first visit and the results were available after one week, viewable through my DPI "portal", and Dr. Newman called me personally to explain them, without my prompting. I highly recommend this clinic. The excellent, friendly patient care really shines when paired with it's easy and transparent web presence. It is very professional and I have full confidence that my heath is in good hands with the men and women working there.

They established a patient portal where one can e-mail a nurse, but the e-mails are often misunderstood (i.e. they sent a prescription to Wal-Mart instead of Walgreens). Recently, I asked for a refill of a particular prescription. Instead of filling up a 30 day supply, I ended up getting TWO pills! That's $7.50 a pill...! I am going to look around for another primary care doctor. They do have a nice facility in a professional building, but looks can be deceiving. If you have other medical options, explore them.

However, Open Advanced MRI was supposed to get final approval before proceeding. Unknown to me they didn't and did the MRI without it. My insurance company refused to pay, so they tried to get me to pay for their incompetence. I told them to go pound sand.
