I've never had a bad experience here. I always make my appointments online. I have the portal so my results are usually available within a couple of days, depend, depending on the test and I love that I can click on any test and see my history of results. I've never had any issues with the staff. Always efficient and friendly. I've been going here for eight years and only had two times that I had to wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes with an appointment. And both times they were shortstaffed because people called off sick and the person explained that and apologized to me.

Go with your gut and go somewhere else. I have been dealing with them since July. They will bill you and your insurance company and have no record of it. My insurance paid them something for what they submitted which was not the correct bill. Now they are sending another bill. The place is unprofessional and you will never get a call back from them unless you choose that you are a doctor on your options. I wish I never had my MRI done here and I just hope the results are correct which I have no confidence in this location and would never want anyone to go to this place.
