The inside is modern, clean, and cheerful. Every staff member I encountered was extremely kind. I was provided updates via the Live Well App and through texting leading up to my appointment with reminders, they had private changing rooms with lockers to lock personal belongings in, and had simple elements like light art on the ceiling to look at when having work done. I have very difficult veins and my nurse did an amazing job getting me prepped with minimal pain and bruising after. Very thankful I chose to come to this site for testing and will make it a point to schedule future tests needed here as I enjoyed my level of care.

I am now 65 and can't afford the $390 concierge fee and am looking for a new facility for my mamogram. I am disappointed that he is my third Northwestern Memorial doctor that has skipped down the road to become a concierge doctor. I have other specialists at University of Chicago Med, they never do this, only the NWM doctors go this route. I know he is the best and hires the best x-ray techs (never cause me pain). By reducing his patient population, I seriously hope he is able to help breast cancer patients that need constant imaging.

Once imaging was done, I was handed a cd-rom and told results would be sent to my physicians office. That's where trouble began. CD had a website on it referencing a login and code to view results. No code was provided. Had to call and get it. Nothing sent to my doc. Had to call. Then Rayus only sent their radiologist report and not images. Had to call. We sent it now. Nope... they still only see report. What in the world? You had one job. This is all you do everyday. Its possible the receiving portal is at fault but I doubt it. Had to run the CD over to medical network office to get images uploaded in their system. Not cool. The minor dollars I saved and convenience of the storefront imaging site were wiped away by the waste of my time after the fact. Not sure I can recommend.

From the extreme helpfulness and friendliness of 99% of the staff, to the soothing technicians who helped ease my anxiety during both experiences, I couldn't recommend them more highly. Extra kudos to Vicky, who was one of the friendliest people I've dealt with all year and made check-in a breeze, and Maria, who not only got my contrast IV in without bruising (now THAT is a special touch!) but also very gently corrected me without making me feel stupid when I tried to go in the CT machine backwards Needing imaging tests can be really scary... both the tests themselves and whatever health concerns require you to need the tests.....and the people at Envision are super kind and compassionate and help make the burden lighter.
