Update: 6 years later and my brows these people, did especially on my right eye, are permanent and have not faded at all since my update 2 years ago. It appears the first treatment, was done so deep into the flesh of my brow, that it will never fade. After much research and recommendations I chose to have my brows done by Jeanna! I had my appointment today I I couldn't be more pleased. The environment was clean and comfortable, all my questions were answered very comprehensive (I had done a lot of research and knew a lot already, but wanted to get her opinions.. she was spot on what I was told by a plastic surgeon) and I felt as if she cared more for the final results than she did about how much I paid for the service. Paid 425 to have my eyebrows done, she was in a rush, unprofessional, and I had to continuously text her for weeks to schedule my touch up appointment and never got a response until I threatened to make a public post about her ignoring me. I went to the salon they have in Fairhope. I was very disappointed with my eyebrows. They did not map my eyebrows to create a template of shape, width, length, ​and arch. They only had 2 colors to choose from neither was close to my natural eyebrow hair color but she insisted it was the right color and unfortunately it was not. They did not measure my eyebrows in relation to my eye either such as the peak of the​ ​ arch and the tail in proportion to the ​outer corner of eye and eyebrow at mid line and width between R &L. It was VERY painful, the numbing cream was inadequate. My left eyebrow was darker, thicker and shorter than my right eyebrow it was also further away from the midline between my eyebrows. The micro blading job did not produce a natural looking eyebrow I had one solid area of pigment on the left with a line of un-pigmented flesh above my natural eyebrow that I had to fill in with a pencil everyday. The whole thing, after waiting 20 min for the inadequate numbing cream to work, took about 45 min. I paid $460 dollars for this and they charged me $5 for a 1/2 tsp of A&D ointment that is to be used until the micro blading is healed. I went back for a touchup that is included in the $460 only to look just as bad after. She tried to charge me another $5 for the ointment but I declined because I still had ointment from the initial job. A well done micro blading job produces what looks like individual eyebrow hairs mine did not have this look or even resemble individual eyebrow hairs. The right side was solid as well but thinner than the left. I had the same problem with an un-pigmented line between the micro bladed area and the natural hair. Nine months later I went to another eyebrow micro blading artist and I am so very happy with my eyebrows. She spent 45 min just mapping my eyebrow, made adjustments according to the look I wanted. She numbed me very well, I felt no pain whatsoever. When she was done micro blading she saturated the area with pigment to ensure well pigmented eyebrow "hairs" then she sealed it with a sealer. AND she gave me the A&D ointment free of charge. Shame on me I should have researched what to look for when choosing a micro blading artist and I did not. Lesson learned. read more

I wanted to see how my eyebrows held up before posting anything, but they have been amazing still almost a year later. I haven't even had my second touch up (Jenna arranged for me to come a bit later since they looked so good after the first round.) Jenna was my brow artist, and I would recommend her for microblading in the Mobile area. She also has a solid before and after portfolio on Facebook, which was important to me. If microblading has peaked your interest lately, I'd say it's worth every penny and go for it. read more

I went to Jenna last March to have my eyebrows done and she didn't even numb the area. After a lot of pain, I took a look at them and really liked them. But after a couple of weeks I could see they were crooked and the color was blotchy. After a ton of phone calls and texts to Jenna she finally responded. Went in for touch up and she was rude, unprofessional and just didn't care. This is not the place to get your eyebrows done people!!! Terrible customer service. Did good job on my brows but when I went back for touch up was in such a hurry touch up was done without being fully numb. Once have your money done with you. Absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Extremely rude. As previous reviewer said two sisters. One very nice but not experienced. I suggest finding someone else if at all possible. Very unhappy woman. read more
