Ms. Leah is a very warm hearted and professional person. She is always smiling and we pick up conversations easily from where we left off before. Gloves are worn, a new dip stick is used with EACH application, clean "bed" to lay on. Leah takes care to maintain cleanliness. Look at her health inspection.....100% !
